“Easy to use daily but needs support for changes
Pros
It's a really simple platform that I use every day for payroll and HR tasks. The interface is interactive so I didn't have much of a learning curve.
Cons
I can't make many updates on my own. I always have to call or submit a ticket for their staff to handle any changes.

“Great help but limited system
Pros
Tahisia Morrow did an incredible job helping us set up our system as first-time users for the benefits plan year. She really went the extra mile with her support and made the whole process so smooth for us.
Cons
I find the system feels very restricted. From what I can tell, our old HR team never turned on all the self-service features we should have access to.

When we set up the system for the benefits plan year as first-time users, Tahisia Morrow was absolutely fantastic, she guided us through every step, went well beyond what I expected with her assistance and helped make the entire setup process feel easy for our team.
Cons
I find it somewhat limited and from what I can tell our former HR staff didn't enable many of the self-service options that should be accessible, which makes the platform feel unnecessarily constrained.

Managing our team's entire employment journey has become so much simpler with this system.
Cons
Cost really adds up. It gets pretty steep once you need all the modules to properly handle everything for an employee, from hiring to offboarding.

I appreciate how simple it is to use, everything is organized on the left sidebar and when I can't find something, the search function saves the day. The reporting options are incredible too, with tons of different reports available.

“all-in-one but hard setup

I like how user-friendly all the modules are, from applicant tracking to payroll, timekeeping, benefits and performance management. Having everything in one place instead of juggling multiple systems makes my job so much easier. The client support team also responds quickly whenever I have questions or need help troubleshooting an issue.
Cons
Getting everything set up was harder than I thought it would be. The mobile app also acts up a lot, often locking people out when they're just trying to clock in or out. The multi-factor authentication has been a real pain for our production team and it's just not user-friendly for that kind of environment.

Pros
Their staff here are incredibly helpful and always treat you with kindness. Shreyl Bell from customer service was especially great at fixing a payroll mistake I made. Whenever I reach out with questions, the support team stays professional and responds with such a positive attitude.
Cons
Finding certain reports can be tricky. I should probably take better notes when the service reps show me how to navigate everything.

Very easy to use. One of my favorite things to utilize is the University! Isolved has helped me elevate my role in HR by providing training in the University. I really enjoy that they are always looking for way to improve to make it easier on the employer and the employee.

This platform is easily adjusted or implemented to meet the customers/companies needs, not a template for the customer to fit into. The system is a single database, so information is seamless from the hire of an employee. There is a lot of customization available for a company that may have different time needs or accrual needs for different groups of employees and can accommodate job costing for companies in multiple states as well as certified payrolls.

“Competitive, but not without shortcomings
Pros
Easy to use & intuitive as with it i am able to manage simple to some complex payroll needs. Also it offers ATS, LMS, GL and a slew of other integration options; clean mobile ESS UI. Plus constant releases to stay up to date on, or ahead of, industry standards.
Cons
Would love to see better reporting options at both the individual client/end-user and system admin levels (report building that can merge multiple tables, or create percentage-based outputs using overall totals in report not just individual line detail), as well as more dashboards that can be customized for end-user use.
