Pros
I love the automation features, they've made timekeeping so much easier and have really smoothed out how we onboard new employees.
Cons
sometimes the Wi-Fi connection is unreliable and causes problems for me.

“simple payroll but slow help
Pros
Doing payroll each week is simple and efficient. My team can log into their accounts anytime they need to. Our benefits enrollment went smoothly especially since our benefits analyst helped us set up plan changes early. And having the team handle the taxes is a huge weight off my shoulders.
Cons
support team takes way too long to get back to you when you submit a case. It's really frustrating when you need help quickly.

“Great reporting but exports lose formatting
Pros
I can pull up any report I need after payroll is done and I also get to preview the checks before they're finalized.
Cons
I find it really frustrating that the downloaded reports don't keep their original formatting. Once I export them, I have to scroll through everything to find what I need and it takes way too much time. I wish I could pinpoint information more quickly instead of hunting through messy data.

“all-in-one despite update troubles
Pros
My favorite part is having everything in one spot instead of switching between different programs. Onboarding new clients is easier now and it's a huge plus that I can actually call someone for support when I need to.
Cons
Updates always seem to break something especially on Fridays it's become a running joke. The interface can also be unnecessarily complicated with too many clicks for simple tasks. Like when I need to create a message, I have to set up a category first on one screen, then write the actual message on another. There are several workflows like this that could be so much simpler.

We recently added the onboarding and COBRa services and it's made us so much more efficient and accurate. Having those extra features really helps everything run smoother.
Cons
interface feels a bit awkward though I am getting more comfortable with it now that I use it every day.

The payroll part is fantastic and most of the features work really well for what we need.
Cons
The expense tracking could be better organized and getting a response from the tax department is nearly impossible, no one ever calls you back.

Dealing with this system has been frustrating since we switched in December. Our costs doubled compared to our old provider and we lost the personal touch of having a dedicated rep. Now we're stuck with a regional team that's hard to reach. Tax issues have been a nightmare; they couldn't process our Philly wage tax for Q4 because of an "incorrect tax number" that our old provider never had a problem with. I sent multiple emails about this and got radio silence until March. Our year-end bonuses were almost a complete disaster too. First they said everything was set, then on the last day of the year they suddenly said they needed a wire transfer. When I called for the amount, I got one number then called back and was told a completely different amount that was nearly triple the first one. On top of everything else, the website interface is clunky and difficult to use.

The interface is so user-friendly that I can move around it with zero issue. Whenever I've required assistance, their support team has been excellent and it includes almost every feature we rely on for running our dealership.
Cons
Integrating third-party apps isn't very simpled and I find the setup process can be fairly tricky to get working properly.

Huge time-saver! I can just export an Excel file and do one single import for payroll on isolved. The reports are a lifesaver too.
Cons
It's frustrating that we can't add our own earning codes and have to wait for their staff to do it. The turnaround time isn't always that quick either.

I really like that I can export data into an Excel spreadsheet and then perform one single import on iSolved's site to handle payroll processing, their payroll and summary reports are also very useful to me.
Cons
What bugs me is that we don't have the option to create our own earning codes, so we're stuck waiting on their staff to make changes and their response times aren't consistently speedy either.

Payroll features are top-notch. We used it at my last company and had a great experience so we brought it here too.
