My support rep gets back to me so fast every time I have a question. The quick response time is everything.
Cons
The time and attendance rollout has been a complete disaster for us. It's left our team with way more questions than answers.

How easy it is to get help internally. I had a weird problem and Deede jumped right in. She suggested a totally different way to do it and it worked perfectly. She's a rockstar!

There were some features that weren't fully set up during the initial installation. I'm not sure if that was our mistake or theirs since I wasn't part of the implementation.

“Fast help despite multiple logins issue

so impressed with this team. They're dedicated and crazy fast especially with our tight deadlines. Had a compliance fire drill recently and our agent Thye stayed late on a FRIDaY to fix it. She even followed up after to make sure we were good. Unreal service.
Cons
It's really frustrating having to juggle multiple login sites for different things like payroll and compliance. I wish everything was in one place with a single sign-on instead of having to switch between different websites all the time.

Pros
as an office manager, this has been a total game-changer for my daily routine. The amount of time I save on payroll and onboarding new hires is priceless. Whenever I have an issue which is usually my own fault, their support team gets back to me very fast and always figures it out.
Cons
Okay real talk: its confusing? It shouldn't be this hard to find things. As a small team it's frustrating to constantly need help but their support team is awesome.

It has completely changed how I handle day-to-day tasks. I save so much time on payroll and getting new employees set up that it's hard to overstate the value. Whenever I stumble into a problem, usually something I caused, their support team replies promptly and always helps me get it fixed.
Cons
I find the navigation pretty confusing and not very simple, it often feels more complicated than it should be to move around. Running a tiny company of only nine people, it becomes annoying when I can't figure things out by myself and end up needing help all the time. Still, their support team answers fast and is always courteous and helpful whenever I contact them.

My first open enrollment was so smooth all thanks to my Benefits analyst, Tahisia (Tyhe) Morrow. She was so patient, knew her stuff inside and out and walked me through everything. She took the time to really understand our new plans and built the whole experience without a single hiccup. She went above and beyond to make sure we were happy and everything was correct. She's an absolute rockstar!
Cons
The EDI file is still a little awkward but it didn't mess up my experience. Shoutout to the team though, he was great and made sure everything ran smoothly.

I can pull so much data from this platform and the team is really flexible when we need custom changes. My dedicated rep, Kathy is absolutely incredible and she always goes the extra mile whenever we talk. I'm so grateful for her help!
Cons
I feel like our setup was botched to be honest. It left us with some big gaps. Now processing some payrolls takes forever and eATs up way too much of my time.
