Cons

“smooth transition with great rep but recent updates add frustrating clicks

I was totally worried when we got bought by a bigger company that we'd lose our personal touch but the transition was smooth. We even kept our local rep, Candida Barrera, she's fantastic and so knowledgeable. Getting answers or making changes is very easy with her.
Cons
The recent updates to the views seem like a step back. The old accrual screen was much better. I could see everything at once like the accrual rate and balance and I could edit things right on the main screen. Now I have to click into each column separately which adds so many unnecessary clicks. Making bulk changes is incredibly time-consuming because I have to click into every single employee. The new report archive is also frustrating. When I'm downloading reports, I get lost because there's no gray bar showing me which report I last clicked on. These changes fixed things that weren't broken and honestly, both features were easier to use before.

“happy with the experience overall
Pros
I find the interface very interactive and easy to move around. When our office shifted from local ownership to a corporate model, I worried we might lose that familiar, personal service but the transition was smooth. We were able to keep our local representative, Candida Barrera which was excellent. she's very knowledgeable and makes managing changes or getting answers quick and painless.
Cons
Honestly, the most recent view updates feel like a backwards move to me. Before, the accrual screen was far more convenient. I could view everything at once (accrual rate, balance, editing controls) right on the main page. These days I need to open each column individually, which adds a ton of needless clicking. When I'm doing bulk edits, having to open every single employee record one-by-one eats up a huge amount of time. The redesigned report archive has been equally annoying, while downloading export reports I lose my place because there isn't a gray highlight or marker showing the last report I selected. It seems like they tried to 'fix' things that didn't need fixing and honestly both of those features were easier to use the way they were before.

“good software but inconsistent support causes payroll errors

seriously love our customer rep, they're so helpful and the software itself is just good enough for what we need.
Cons
When my usual rep, Candida, isn't around, I've had trouble with other support people giving me the wrong info. One time, their bad advice led to me issuing an incorrect check and we had to run a whole special payroll just to fix it. It's so frustrating when you're on a tight deadline and can't trust the help you're getting.

The navigation is very simple and I actually love the bright pink color scheme! Would totally recommend this.
Cons
I can't even update my own phone number for password resets without asking an admin. It's a real problem especially if I need help after hours.

“Great reports with tricky payroll entry
Pros
I can pull all my reports and data right from the portal which is so helpful. The work class section has tons of tracking options and setting up payroll rules for prevailing wage jobs is no sweat. The coolest part? The team built me a custom WH-38 payroll report exactly how I wanted it and they did it super fast.
Cons
Entering payroll can be a bit tricky. The whole process just isn't as simple as I'd like it to be.

Managing employee profiles has been a game-changer especially for quick hires and storing onboarding docs. The time tracking is spot-on for payroll and the reports are so easy to run and review, whether it's for the month, quarter or year.
Cons
some of the functions are confusing and we've never even figured out what they're for. Also setting up permissions for employees to manage their teams is way more complicated than it should be.

It is packed with features but was still easy to set up. The interface is clean and nice to look at which makes using it every day pleasant. Customer service has been great the few times I needed them. The best part is how well it connects with our other software.

Using the portal, I'm able to access all my reports and data in one place which makes life a lot easier. The work class area includes numerous tracking features and configuring payroll rules for prevailing wage projects is pretty simple. What stood out most was having a WH-38 Certified payroll report custom-built to match my exact requirements, the team put it together fast and it worked exactly how I needed.
Cons
Entering payroll details can feel a little difficult at times and I think the user interface could be made significantly more easy to align that part of the workflow.

I really like how easy it makes tracking days and managing payroll details, it's simple to use. Using customer support is also issue-free and clear. There are so many features to try out and I find the integration between admin and employee systems keeps everything running smoothly and makes workflows much more efficient.

“Simple Staff Management Solution
Pros
I've found keeping employee profiles in this system really useful, it speeds up bringing people on board and gives us a reliable place to store documents during onboarding. The time-tracking tool is solid for running payroll and I value how easy it is to pull clear reports when I look over our monthly, quarterly and yearly figures.
Cons
There are a few features in the software that confuse me. we've never quite been able to work out their purpose. On top of that, when I try to configure permission levels so each client's staff can run their own teams, the process ends up being unnecessarily complex and more time-consuming than it should be.
