Pros
I'm really struck by how packed with features it is while still being easy to roll out. The interface feels tidy and attractive, so using it day-to-day is comfortable. I've found customer support dependable whenever I reached out for assistance. One thing I especially appreciate is how easily it ties into our other software tools.
Cons
It's expensive, in my opinion and I find that generating and exporting reports drags on far longer than it should.

“Simple system with great help
Pros
using the system is easy and I'm really grateful that I no longer have to handle paper forms or punch time cards. Whenever I run into something, the account representatives are always super helpful and quick to assist.
Cons
I can't think of anything about this platform that bothers me.

Help I get is just top-notch. Everyone I've worked with in different departments has been fantastic.
Cons

Pros

“simple tools with too many categories
Pros
As an admin, managing employees is simple and the features feel really flexible. The tools I use daily for employees and clients keep everything organized so well. The "quick hire" function is awesome and I can add new people to the system instantly. Running my monthly and yearly reports is also a cinch.
Cons
There are way too many categories and I have no idea what half of them are for. All the different options just confuse me and make me wonder if I'm even using the right one. They really need to merge or simplify things especially in the Employee self-service and admin sections.

“friendly with the best rep
Pros
My favorite thing is how easy everything is to use plus our customer support rep is the best. Our sales rep promised we'd see a big improvement from our old payroll company and they were right. The implementation team was very helpful and made the whole switch actually exciting, not stressful.
Cons
Only real issue I've found is that we can't input wage details ourselves, we have to send them to support to be added. The support team is really helpful though so it's not a huge deal.

“simple system with a high price
Pros
Tax reporting is so much easier with this system. We use it every week and it's just simple, paying our drivers is simple and it fit right into our existing setup. My whole team finds it easy to use. Since I'm in here checking timecards daily, I can vouch for all the useful features that haven't caused me any issues. Customer service has been great too.
Cons
The price is very high for what you get. And exporting reports takes forever and I'm always just sitting there waiting for it to finish.

Their team doesn't just help, they really go above and beyond to fix any problem that pops up.

I can never get ahold of my account rep when I really need them. I really wish there was a reliable mobile app so I could just handle things myself.

What I appreciate most is how interactive the interface is and how easy it is to get around, plus our customer support rep has been outstanding. Our sales rep assured us we'd notice a real improvement over our last payroll provider, and they truly lived up to that. The implementation team was very supportive and encouraging. they turned what could've been a stressful rollout into an exciting experience for us.
Cons
One small drawback I've faced is that we can't enter wage garnishments directly into the system ourselves. we need to forward those requests to support so they can add them for us. Because our support team is so responsive and helpful, it hasn't been a major pain but it would be more convenient to handle those entries in-house.

“Simple tax, slow reports
Pros
Using this system has made tax reporting a lot easier. My team and I rely on it weekly and I really like how simple it is to pay drivers and plug everything into our current workflow. The staff find it interactive and because I review timecards every day, I can attest it's loaded with helpful features that haven't caused any problems. Support has been excellent as well.
Cons
I do feel the price is on the high side for what's offered. Also, exporting reports can be painfully slow. I often find myself waiting while the export completes which is frustrating when I'm trying to get work done quickly. Overall, it feels expensive and sluggish in that respect.

“Excellent help when you finally find it
Pros
When you finally get connected with a support person who actually knows the system inside and out, they really deliver.
Cons
It took me forever just to find someone who actually knew what they were talking about. The response times were really slow too and I usually had to wait about two days before they connected me with someone who could actually help.

The time card feature is very handy. I can do payroll and handle individual time entries all in one spot and it just makes my job so much easier.
Cons
I wish they had better explanations for complicated stuff like taxes, right on the page. I hate having to search all over for answers.

When I finally connect with a support rep who actually understands the system, they really come through for me.
Cons
I ended up spending ages hunting for an agent who actually knew their stuff. The whole process was hampered by slow response times. typically I had to wait roughly two days before anyone would link me up with a knowledgeable person who could truly help me resolve the problem.

Huge shoutout to amanda and Linda! They helped me fix some ACA issues and walked me through the whole correction process step-by-step. They made it so much easier to understand and were so friendly and patient the whole time.
Cons
I just wish these problems didn't happen in the first place. I really miss having someone local I could just talk to.
