“Great support to fix problems
Pros
I can't say enough about Amanda and Linda, they were a huge help when I had to sort out some ACA issues. They guided me through the correction steps in a clear, step-by-step way and made the whole process far easier to follow. I truly appreciated how friendly and patient they were.
Cons
Honestly, I wish these kinds of problems didn't happen at all. I really miss having someone local I could contact directly when issues pop up, it would make troubleshooting so much more convenient and reassuring.

Cons
Instead of the constant stream of emails I keep getting, I'd much prefer them to call me so interactions feel more personal and direct.

It handles our entire payroll smoothly, taxes, benefits, timecard rules, garnishments everything. It all calculates and deducts automatically which saves us a ton of time. It's got us covered from payroll straight through to benefits and tax management.
Cons
Their support team doesn't always get back to you quickly when you need help.

I can handle alot of admin tasks on my own with this system and whenever I'm confused about something, their customer support gets back to me right away.
Cons

Cons
We run into problems with payroll submissions way too often. The system just won't let us get things done on time and it's really frustrating when deadlines are coming up.

The staff is absolutely incredible. Honestly their customer service is the best I've ever experienced.

It is powerful but still easy for everyone on my team to use. The best part is the support staff and they're actual payroll experts. They understand�why�you're asking a question instead of just reading from a script.
Cons
The training is actually excellent but I wish it was broken down a bit more. For example the Time training covers really complex Hours allocation stuff right in the first course and you only get a week to finish it all. I think a tiered approach would be better where you take a basic course first before jumping into the complicated things. But honestly having too much great training is a pretty good problem to have! :)

“smooth transition with sales pressure

The transition this year was so smooth after they took over our old payroll company. We even got to keep our same rep, which was fantastic and the communication was great. The AEE webpage makes grabbing paystubs super easy. I'm excited to start using more of their HR services in March and see what else they can do!
Cons
There is not much I dislike but during the sales presentation for HR services, I felt a lot of pressure to sign up right away even though we weren't planning to start until March. I had to keep explaining our timeline to multiple people before they finally understood we wanted to wait.

This year's transition went far more smoothly than I expected after they acquired our payroll provider. We were able to keep our same rep which was a huge relief, and the communication throughout the whole process was consistently clear and helpful. I find the AEE webpage really user-friendly. pulling up paystubs is quick and simple. We're genuinely looking forward to starting with more of their HR services in March and trying out the other features they offer.
Cons
There really isn't much I have problems with, but during the HR services sales demo I did feel pressured to sign up on the spot even though our plan was to wait until March. I had to keep restating our implementation timeline to several different people before anyone seemed to grasp that we wanted to delay which became frustrating.

The user-friendly interface really stands out. We use this constantly and as a partner, we need reliable software that can handle a high volume of work. This makes setting up new clients and adding services so much smoother. It's exactly what we needed.
Cons
Customer support response times can be really frustrating especially for anything that isn't payroll. The team doesn't always have the deep knowledge we need and it's tough to get a quick reply unless it's specifically about processing payroll. They have these response time standards but if your urgent issue isn't about payroll, you can't even mark it as urgent. It just makes it hard to get help when you really need it.
