convenient support calls but frustrating reports

Pros

Getting through to support is really easy. I appreciate that I don't have to wait long for someone to pick up the phone when I call.

Cons

Reporting feature is frustrating to work with and I find myself struggling to go through all the different report options.

great and helpful team

Pros

I've had a great experience with the isolved team, everyone is friendly and genuinely helpful! Our current admin, Angel, really knows her stuff and has a great eye for detail.

Cons

A Truly Simple System

Pros

UI is so interactive that making updates takes no time and I find changing details simple. My overall interactions with the Isolved team have been positive. everyone is approachable and truly supportive. Angel, our current administrator, is very knowledgeable and pays close attention to every little detail.

Cons

I really don't have any complaints to share, everything functions smoothly for me and I haven't faced any issues.

convenient but delayed support

Pros

Processing my payroll every week is really convenient and simple for me.

Cons

While the support team does fix our issues, having them in a different time zone can create delays when we have an urgent problem.

fantastic service with missing functions

Pros

I think the customer service team is fantastic. They have a ton of different ways to get help which is really useful.

Cons

The platform just doesn't have all the functions I need yet so I still have to use other tools to get my work done properly.

efficient website with great support

Pros

Website is easy to use and whenever I have a question, the customer service people are not only nice but they actually know what they're talking about.

Cons

I was really frustrated that we couldn't update our banking details through the portal ourselves. It was such an inconvenience.

quick support from real people

Pros

The support team is so quick to respond. My favorite part is that I can actually talk to a real person when I need help. I never get stuck with a dumb chatbot or a confusing phone menu.

Efficient and Friendly Service

Pros

I find the portal incredibly easy to use and whenever I reach out for help the customer service team are personable and clearly know what they're doing.

Cons

Excellent Support Experience

Pros

I love their support team, real humans pick up and respond quickly. The support crew is super prompt and I appreciate being able to talk to an actual person whenever I need help. There are no annoying bots or endless phone menus to wade through, it's a relief.

Cons

amazing customer care

Pros

Having Cynthia Meyers as our main contact has been amazing. She gets back to me very fast and her answers are always detailed and really helpful.

Cons

I keep getting bombarded with sales calls from different reps who are always switching out. Every new person wants to schedule an account review but we don't need them, we just use this for payroll and that's it.

I love that everything is in one place. Time tracking, payroll, benefits stuff and our yearly reviews are all right there in the same system.

Cons

sometimes after they update the platform, features get moved around and I have to waste time figuring out where everything went.
