“convenient support calls but frustrating reports
Pros
Getting through to support is really easy. I appreciate that I don't have to wait long for someone to pick up the phone when I call.
Cons
Reporting feature is frustrating to work with and I find myself struggling to go through all the different report options.

UI is so interactive that making updates takes no time and I find changing details simple. My overall interactions with the Isolved team have been positive. everyone is approachable and truly supportive. Angel, our current administrator, is very knowledgeable and pays close attention to every little detail.

Pros
I love their support team, real humans pick up and respond quickly. The support crew is super prompt and I appreciate being able to talk to an actual person whenever I need help. There are no annoying bots or endless phone menus to wade through, it's a relief.

Pros
Having Cynthia Meyers as our main contact has been amazing. She gets back to me very fast and her answers are always detailed and really helpful.
Cons
I keep getting bombarded with sales calls from different reps who are always switching out. Every new person wants to schedule an account review but we don't need them, we just use this for payroll and that's it.
