Why I love isolved!

Pros

I'm really thankful for how streamlined the payroll administration and timekeeping system are. It's incredibly convenient for supervisors and managers. Also, the Share and Perform system are great additions for performance monitoring and customized training.

Cons

I faced some initial hurdles with certain aspects of the performance and learning management systems during setup, but they've proven effective after implementation.

simple UI but buggy and slow

Pros

What I like about this platform is how simple it is to find my way around. It just makes sense from the moment you log in.

Cons

support tickets take way too long to get resolved and honestly, the support team doesn't seem to know the platform as well as they should. I wish they were actual experts instead of just reading from scripts. What really gets me is how they keep rolling out new paid features that are full of bugs. We signed up for the Onboarding feature two years ago because it was supposed to make everything easier, collecting forms, managing documents, the whole process. But we still can't even use it because the form checkboxes are broken and the fillable fields are all misaligned. We told them about this right away and they said they knew about the problems, but they won't give us any timeline for fixes. It's been two years! For a feature we're paying for, that's just unacceptable. We have high standards for our new hires, so we can't use something that doesn't work.
