This tool is so complete and it does everything we need. The reporting is especially impressive and is exactly what we wanted.

“Friendly but Costly
Pros
I've found the customer service people to be genuinely friendly and helpful. they answer most of my questions pretty fast. What stands out for me is how it copes with our oddball situations that other systems couldn't handle. The site is easy to use and feels interactive, which smooths out my day-to-day work. There are loads of HR service choices if we decide to grow, and the reporting tools give me everything I need. In my experience, the payroll preview and registers are hands-down the best I've come across among the alternatives we tried.
Cons
The way tax issues get sorted takes forever and my bills are higher than with some other payroll providers we've compared. I'm not a fan of the timesheet review interface. it's awkward when I need to tweak entries. On top of that, the new MFA rules they introduced for all users bother me.

Pros
After trying out multiple HR platforms, I was pleasantly surprised at how well this solution matched our company's requirements. Having a single dedicated account representative has made communication far simpler and the cost is very fair given the features included.

“An essential daily tool
Pros
Whenever I run into issues, the customer support team gets back to me quickly and actually helps sort things out, which I really value. Getting everything implemented was simpler than I expected. I had the system up and running far sooner than I thought I would. I use this tool every day now, it's become an indispensable part of my workflow. The interface feels interactive from the first time I open it, so there wasn't much of a learning curve to deal with. What stands out the most for me is the extensive feature set that covers almost everything I need.
Cons
The integration process can be pretty tough at times and I often find myself unsure about how frequently I actually need to use some of the features. I discovered that its difficult to use which makes using the product less efficient than I'd like. That extra friction slows me down until I've fully learned the ins and outs, and overall it makes it harder for me to be as productive as I hoped.

“One Complete HR System
Pros
It genuinely covers nearly every HR task we have. I use it for maintaining employee records, running performance evaluations, managing onboarding, handling open enrollment, tracking time, processing payroll, and keeping employees informed. basically it supports our whole HR lifecycle. Moving almost entirely away from paper has saved us a huge amount of time and issue. The layout and navigation are fairly user-friendly, even for our shop-floor staff who don't consider themselves very tech-literate. A majority of people installed the mobile app and got comfortable with it without much formal training. I also value that the vendor continuously enhances the product. they regularly push out updates that add capabilities or resolve bugs we face. Having a dedicated client services manager has been a big plus. She gets back to me quickly when I have questions, so I rarely feel left waiting for answers. On the uncommon occasions where I needed to reach general support urgently, hold times were short. typically under five minutes if there was any wait. it is flexible enough to meet a wide range of HR needs. There are alot of optional modules that would expand its power even further, though each extra module comes with an added cost. While I'd love to turn on all the advanced capabilities, our organization isn't quite large enough yet to justify spending for every single premium feature.
Cons
I often find it frustrating to locate the exact report I need, usually ending up running several versions before getting the right data because the descriptions aren't clear enough. While custom reporting is an option, I've struggled to build my own reports even after training. My support rep is great for basics but complex issues can lead to lengthy fixes and my feature requests seem to vanish without follow-up. Many of the best features come with added costs, making them hard to afford though the platform is very powerful if you can pay for the premium options. Despite some hurdles, senior management has consistently stepped up to address our concerns and overall, the system meets our needs well.

“Excellent Guide Through Setup
Pros
Alex(CSR) is very knowledgeable and he walked me through the whole setup step by step. it lets me create different coverage types on the fly, which matched our needs perfectly. I also appreciate that I can add notes about employees and attach links or flyers. that's been very handy for our team.
Cons
So far I haven't come across any real problems with the parts I've worked on. That said, the UI could use a refresh. it isn't the most attractive to look at and could benefit from some visual updates.
