Pros
Having Heather Cannon as our Open Enrollment Specialist was a game-changer. she absolutely crushed it. From the start her experience was obvious: she put together a clear milestone timeline that kept our team on schedule, managed every upload flawlessly and always asked the right questions. I'm really hoping she'll be assigned to our account again next year because she smoothed out the entire process and made what could have been chaotic feel easy.
Cons
I honestly struggle to pinpoint any real negatives. The support crew has been excellent, they reply fast and actually offer useful guidance whenever I reach out.

“Surprisingly Simple to Use
Pros
Learning this system was easy and I find it very easy to move around. What I especially like is how easy it is to enter direct deposit information, truly no fuss. The ACA tools alone have saved me a ton of time compared to the payroll systems I used before.

“User-Friendly
Pros
It is very user friendly, everything sits right where I'd expect it to be. The navigation feels natural whether I'm using it as an employee or dealing with admin duties. The payroll tools are especially notable for being simple, and I was pleased by how simple the implementation turned out to be. Customer support has been consistently reliable as well.
Cons
What frustrates me most is the benefits management reporting. without real system integration it's essentially unusable and forces me to do extra manual work because I can't pull one simple report containing all the fields benefits vendors need. There is a report you can run but instead of listing employee SSNs it spits out our company's internal employee ID numbers which are useless for carriers. That means I spend time matching and merging two separate exports to get a complete file. On top of that, the way the system records changes is a major worry. When I use the onboarding workflow, the change log lists the approver as the person who made the change rather than the actual new hire who entered their own data. That mix-up could cause serious compliance and liability problems if wrong information is entered. think incorrect direct deposit numbers that could lead to missed pay. Overall these reporting and audit-trail gaps create annoying extra steps and real risk.

What I really value is that everything my team requires is always easy to access. For a compact team like ours this system fits neatly and everyone remains informed through fast messaging and timely updates.
Cons
Sometimes I have to click through a bunch of different screens to find certain features. The layout isn't always easy to figure out, so I end up having to search around for what I need.

“Too Many Portals to Remember

I really value that the different systems usually work together simplely and there's many selection of features across the various services. When everything is functioning as it should, I find the whole setup very helpful and time-saving.
Cons
Navigating between so many separate URLs to find the correct portal has been a real pain, and I wish there were a single place to log in to everything. Our rollout itself was bumpy. we ran into numerous system faults during onboarding that caused constant delays and made what should have been a simpled process feel drawn-out and far more frustrating than expected.

One thing I appreciate is how easy the system is to use. The customer support staff are consistently there when I have questions or need assistance. iSolved University gives me training content and guides that answer majority of my concerns. Benefit enrollment and payroll processing are the areas that shine the most. The implementation team was excellent and they led me through each phase and ensured I felt confident using it. I use it daily for my company and for our clients and it handles everything smoothly.
Cons
The only real drawback I can point to is that some features aren't available yet, but they're usually marked as "coming soon" updates. Honestly, everything I've used so far has worked really well overall and it's just that the platform keeps evolving, so you may have to wait for certain functionality to roll out.
