“The best customer service
Pros
Whenever I've called, roughly once a week since I started this job earlier this year, the customer service has been absolutely incredible. Whether I end up speaking with my usual rep or someone new, it's honestly the best support I've experienced. Even when my question is really simple or unusually complex and abstract, the person answering is always upbeat and genuinely excited to help. They never make me feel foolish or like I'm being a bother, you can literally hear them smiling through the phone and sense their real desire to assist. I truly appreciate everyone who has helped me get comfortable with this new program.
Cons
I find the interface a bit clunky and not as simple as I'd like and I often struggle with navigation when I'm trying to get things done. I really wish they had a mobile app so I could access everything from my phone when I'm away from my desk.

I really value how much it lets me handle on my own, getting payroll ready and submitting it is simple, generating reports takes no time, and the customer support staff have been excellent whenever I've reached out for assistance.
Cons
It's frustrating that they no longer supply blank check stock and envelopes, because I relied on that. I can order replacements via isolved, yet those shipments are limited to small quantities instead of the larger bulk orders I require.

the reps here are unbelievably upbeat and they regularly bend over backwards to assist me whenever I need help.
