Pros

It's so convenient to punch in and out, submit time-off requests, and access relevant information through iSolved.

Cons

Customer service is terrible. I faced difficulties in reaching helpful support and that also costed me much of my time.

The best customer service

Pros

Whenever I've called, roughly once a week since I started this job earlier this year, the customer service has been absolutely incredible. Whether I end up speaking with my usual rep or someone new, it's honestly the best support I've experienced. Even when my question is really simple or unusually complex and abstract, the person answering is always upbeat and genuinely excited to help. They never make me feel foolish or like I'm being a bother, you can literally hear them smiling through the phone and sense their real desire to assist. I truly appreciate everyone who has helped me get comfortable with this new program.

Cons

I find the interface a bit clunky and not as simple as I'd like and I often struggle with navigation when I'm trying to get things done. I really wish they had a mobile app so I could access everything from my phone when I'm away from my desk.

great self-service

Pros

I really value how much it lets me handle on my own, getting payroll ready and submitting it is simple, generating reports takes no time, and the customer support staff have been excellent whenever I've reached out for assistance.

Cons

It's frustrating that they no longer supply blank check stock and envelopes, because I relied on that. I can order replacements via isolved, yet those shipments are limited to small quantities instead of the larger bulk orders I require.

Great support but frequent turnover

Pros

the reps here are unbelievably upbeat and they regularly bend over backwards to assist me whenever I need help.

Cons

Dealing with the continual staff churn is really irritating, each time I finally feel comfortable with a representative they disappear and I'm left having to recount my whole setup and the issues all over again.

An all-around fantastic team

Pros

everyone I've interacted with has been friendly and genuinely helpful. One person who stood out was Jess Moquin, she was consistently professional, knowledgeable and ready to assist whenever I needed help. I'm so happy she earned a promotion, although I'll really miss collaborating with her.

An intractive system for all

I find the interface incredibly interactive, it's easy to use no matter what role I'm in. Our account rep also replies very quickly whenever we have questions and the onboarding flow is excellent, it really aligns bringing new hires up to speed with virtually no issue.

Cons

I'm currently running into some issues configuring document attachments for one client's onboarding. it's a bit finicky but I'm collaborating with my account rep to iron out the kinks and get everything working properly.
