Everything in one place

Pros

Most of the time I can locate everything I need within a single interface and that really saves me a significant amount of time because I don't have to switch between multiple systems.

Cons

On a number of pages the visual style feels outdated and unattractive to me which makes my experience less engaging than it could be.

Outstanding tool with helpful guides

Pros

using it is really interactive and every customer service representative I've dealt with has been helpful, informative and clearly knows their stuff. There's also a university-style section that provides all the training materials and key information employees need to handle their day-to-day tasks.

Cons

I find it annoying that they add extra fees for certain procedures. for example, reversing a direct deposit incurs an additional charge. It's not something that breaks things but it's definitely frustrating to run into.

Fantastic direct email access

Pros

Having direct email contact with my account rep has been amazing. I receive prompt replies and they cover all my questions thoroughly in a single message, so I never need to send follow-up emails for clarification.

Cons

Honestly I can't think of any negatives to mention about this payroll solution.

EXCELLENT and dedicated support

Pros

I've had exceptional experiences with customer support, particularly when working with Courtney Buckler. she took the time to thoroughly investigate my issues and came up with practical fixes that actually solved the problems.

Cons

the interface can be somewhat hard to navigate at times and I'm really hoping for a downloadable mobile app. I've heard a version is in development, which makes me hopeful and excited.

Customer service really stands out

Pros

exceptional the customer support is here. Our Benefits Analyst was fantastic, walking us step-by-step through the whole benefits onboarding process and making it smooth and easy to understand.

Cons

The training videos usually don't cover what I actually need, so I've ended up wasting a lot of time digging through material to try to locate anything remotely useful.

Flexible as we grow

Pros

Being able to add modules as our needs grow is something I truly value because it keeps things flexible for my team. My Customer Success Manager has been very helpful and quick to respond and their open, simple communication makes collaborating so much simpler.

Cons

I find that communicating with my service representative often isn't direct enough and I end up losing time on long back-and-forth email threads instead of getting fast, simpled answers when I need them.

A supportive but fragmented team

Working with my team has been great, they consistently offer support and are always willing to help whenever I need it.

Cons

Because the company has expanded so dramatically, everything feels more scattered now. I can never tell which department handles what, so rather than navigating the official channels, I keep a list of helpful people and reach out to those individuals directly when I need assistance each time.

incredible customer service experience

Pros

Solid software, poor customer service

Pros

I find it really simple to use and I appreciate that employees can access their own pay information directly.

Cons

It would help if communication between departments improved and I've also found the reporting tools to be quite limited. When I need help, getting support has been rather frustrating.
