Nora went above and beyond

Pros

Nora truly went above and beyond to help me resolve my issue. Even when her phone connection kept dropping, she made a point of calling me back immediately after we were disconnected. I found her very pleasant the entire time and she handled everything efficiently so the problem was resolved quickly.

Cons

I seldom run into problems when I call with questions and I make those calls quite frequently.

A quick and helpful team

Pros

the team has been super helpful and responds really quickly whenever we reach out. Angel Villanueva was a standout, he answered my emails promptly and kept the communication clear and consistent throughout our exchanges.

Easy to use but no dedicated rep

Pros

ui really simple to use and it's clear they keep improving the product. they regularly roll out updates and add new features to keep everything feeling current.

Cons

What disappoints me is that we don't have a dedicated rep or team for our account because of that, the support experience has been lacking.

An easy benefits setup

Pros

Yesterday I finally got the hang of the OE Wizard for onboarding new employee benefits and honestly it felt like a revelation. The support team patiently guided me through each step and even emailed the directions afterward so I could follow along later. It's super interactive and has freed up hours of my time because I no longer have to manage everything by hand, which has been a huge relief.

Cons

Honestly I struggle to come up with any real complaints about this one.

Complete and positive solution

Pros

Honestly I am amazed by just how much this tool is capable of handling. it feels very all-encompassing. Working with Heather has been a real pleasure, she's consistently upbeat and brings a genuinely positive energy to every conversation we have.

Cons

At times it becomes fairly complicated and in my experience it takes a level of familiarity to use it well. I would say some prior experience is definitely needed to really get the hang of it.

Almost everything in one place

I really like that almost everything is gathered in one spot and the layout makes it fairly easy to find what I need without much effort.

Cons

When I go through the reports, the navigation feels pretty awkward and I end up hunting for reports that seem to be tucked away in strange places.

Simple timesheet access

Pros

Its very simple to pull up timesheets and the contact information for employees assigned to specific clients and it's such a time-saver because I no longer have to ask the client directly every time I need those details.

Cons

I'd find it helpful if the app included some simple, step-by-step instructions for getting around. Even though it's mostly simple, I worry that users who aren't very comfortable with technology could use a little more guidance to get up and running.

Great experts, poor support

Pros

I've had a great experience working alongside Tahisia Morrow and Lisa Holman, I find they truly understand their roles and keep everything operating without a hitch.

Cons

Honestly, the customer service team doesn't always seem well-informed and I'm not satisfied with my customer success manager either. I also find that our field staff have a hard time using the platform, it's far from user-friendly for people working out in the field and creates extra issue for them.

Fast replies but too many calls

I have always received fast email replies and our account representative Mike Cushman is very dependable and professional.

Helpful in emergencies

Pros

In major emergencies, a few team members always step up and make sure everything gets resolved. Compared to our old HRIS, where I had to deal with reps who didn't understand our payroll workflows and often seemed indifferent, this has been a breath of fresh air. Just yesterday I had to void an entire payroll and two people went above and beyond to take care of it correctly and quickly, which I really appreciated.

Cons

The tax area has definitely improved, but I'm still running into delays when cases are opened and worked on, which continues to cause some frustration and sometimes slows down our processes.
