Pros
Nora truly went above and beyond to help me resolve my issue. Even when her phone connection kept dropping, she made a point of calling me back immediately after we were disconnected. I found her very pleasant the entire time and she handled everything efficiently so the problem was resolved quickly.
Cons
I seldom run into problems when I call with questions and I make those calls quite frequently.

Yesterday I finally got the hang of the OE Wizard for onboarding new employee benefits and honestly it felt like a revelation. The support team patiently guided me through each step and even emailed the directions afterward so I could follow along later. It's super interactive and has freed up hours of my time because I no longer have to manage everything by hand, which has been a huge relief.

In major emergencies, a few team members always step up and make sure everything gets resolved. Compared to our old HRIS, where I had to deal with reps who didn't understand our payroll workflows and often seemed indifferent, this has been a breath of fresh air. Just yesterday I had to void an entire payroll and two people went above and beyond to take care of it correctly and quickly, which I really appreciated.
Cons
The tax area has definitely improved, but I'm still running into delays when cases are opened and worked on, which continues to cause some frustration and sometimes slows down our processes.
