Pros
When I reached out, Michael Cushman offered exceptional help. he's warm, approachable and always willing to do more than expected for our team. In my experience, the customer service here far surpasses that of other platforms I've tried.
Cons
At the beginning we ran into a few teething problems when we first started using the product but after being connected with our current customer service representative, those issues were resolved entirely.

“poor paystubs
Pros
For me, the navigation is pretty interactive and I can find what I need without much issue.
Cons
What frustrates me about the paystubs is they don't properly separate pay for different hourly rates, instead, all hours and earnings get combined into one total, so I can't see the precise breakdown of my wages.

Pros
everything at one place. Even though some features require additional fees and certain parts could use work, it clearly has the promise to provide everything a business needs in a single solution for those seeking that level of convenience.
Cons
Whenever something goes wrong or I need help, interacting with their customer support feels like a nightmare. So many features remain locked away from users, compelling me to contact support over and over. Almost every conversation with their staff ends up being frustrating and very time-consuming.

Whenever I reach out, the support team gets back to me incredibly fast and I really like that the in-app virtual assistant gives very detailed answers, so I can quickly resolve issues without having to place a phone call.
Cons
I've noticed the layout isn't as simple as it could be. I often end up searching around for particular tools because there's not enough clear direction pointing me to where things are located.

I really appreciated how patient and supportive Cindy Brewer was. She took the time to walk me through a variety of federal and state forms I hadn't haveed before, clearly explaining how to help new employees complete each step of the process. She even provided updated copies of the forms for our records which turned out to be an enormous help.
Cons
I haven't run into any problems yet, although I also haven't used the system extensively. overall, everything seems to be working fine so far.
