Pros
I've noticed employees being more active in time tracking and PTO tracking since we started using iSolved. Plus, payroll processing has been simple, and the customer service is excellent.
Cons
I've had difficulties creating custom reports. I think the process needs to be simpler.

Customer support is amazing. they're so personable and walk me through every issue step by step. Having used several other payroll providers, this company really rises above the rest, honestly, it's a solid 11 out of 10.

On my phone the mobile site feels clumsy. I wish they created a native app instead of merely resizing the website because navigation still remains awkward.

support has made me really satisfied. April Lasola and her crew are outstanding. they respond to me quickly and provide useful answers every time. Also, handling things over email has simplified everything and made interactions far more convenient.
Cons
Lately the flood of sales outreach has been excessive. To make matters worse, they're not limiting communications to me alone. my whole team is getting pestered. Colleagues keep forwarding me the messages they're receiving, so my inbox is full of duplicates. It's honestly overwhelming while I'm still learning the new system we just purchased.

the representatives I've worked with are very friendly and genuinely helpful. they turn each interaction into a pleasant one. What really impressed me is the breadth of payroll solutions they provide, which can accommodate businesses of any size or requirement. Whether we only need simple payroll processing or prefer the complete package that includes HR tools and benefits administration, they have options that fit. Overall, my time with them has been fantastic and I would definitely recommend their services to anyone searching for a trustworthy payroll partner.
Cons
There was a stretch when I kept getting far too many sales calls and emails from them, and it really disrupted my workflow. I understand they're trying to promote additional services but the volume felt overpowering at times. Fortunately, that's improved a lot recently. the number of outreach attempts has dropped considerably compared to past years.

It runs smoothly for our team. Being able to link it with the ATS and S&P platforms keeps processes simple. I also must shout out Danna Carranza. she's been incredible and we could use more reps with her dedication on the team.
Cons
Support staff often seem unfamiliar with the various modules which frustrates me when I'm seeking assistance. The ATS itself feels rudimentary and could benefit from more candidate engagement tools. the reporting in particular is weak and fails to provide the meaningful insights I need.

I find the interface really interactive and there are loads of step-by-step guides that make it simple for both our partners and our clients to quickly get up to speed.
Cons
For me, the left-hand menu feels a bit cluttered and could be organized better, or ideally let me rearrange the item order to suit my workflow.

Over the last four months, Vania has been incredibly helpful, whenever I reach out she responds quickly and gets back to me right away whenever I need assistance.
Cons
interface feels awkward and not particularly simple. there are far too many tabs and I often find myself digging through several different screens just to pull up details for a single employee. It would make life a lot easier if I could edit someone's tax details and their time entries from a single page instead of having to jump between areas. Another annoying issue I run into is that when managers update information it doesn't automatically flow through to the payroll admin, so I end up entering the same data twice.

Honestly, what keeps wowing me is how all-encompassing it is. it genuinely feels like the creators thought through every HR and payroll scenario I might run into. It makes managing human capital so much easier, and I've seen it perform smoothly whether it's used by a small company or a huge enterprise.
Cons
For me the main downside is the price. I notice it can be on the expensive side. Having said that, their fees are competitive compared with other HCM systems and in my experience the return and functionality justify the money you end up spending.

“Saves time, but support can wait

Using it has massively increased my efficiency and whenever I'm unsure about something their customer support is excellent. a single phone call usually fixes the issue and gets me back on track.
Cons
For tougher technical problems they open a support ticket and escalate the issue to Level 2, which means I'm left waiting for another team to reach out, that handoff can result in the problem staying unresolved for a couple of days.

Our team experienced so many workflow choke points disappear with this tool. The latest updates are outstanding and everyone here genuinely likes the new features.
Cons
I've found customer support has deteriorated since we began using this platform. We no longer have a dedicated team, responses take much longer, and our support contacts keep changing constantly. The Share and Perform option is way too complex. Their training window is simply not long enough for me to truly learn how to use it.
