user friendly but needs fixing

Pros

I've found the payroll and HR tools surprisingly easy to work through, the layout feels user-friendly and I didn't have to spend much time learning how everything works.

Cons

The updates are inconsistent at times. As an employee, I end up logging in quite often otherwise I'll get locked out of the system which becomes frustrating when I'm trying to get work done.

Everything works well together

Pros

Having payroll and benefits combined in one system is amazing, it truly simplifies processes and saves me so much valuable time.

Cons

Its difficult to use for newer team members, it really takes them quite some time to become comfortable using all the features and workflows.

Has everything but is messy

Pros

an all-in-one solution. While the backend runs on a pretty sophisticated setup, my team still thinks it's very easy to use. There are so many capabilities built in that I'm constantly stumbling upon new features and conveniences. Payroll reporting is simple to work with, and I can tailor reports to meet whatever needs I have. I'm a big fan of the time clock. it automatically records employee hours and moves them into the payroll grid easily with a host of settings to tweak. The onboarding email system is great too, automatically sending personalized messages at each stage of the onboarding flow.

Cons

I find the interface cluttered with too many tabs, and it would be great if I could pin the ones I use most so I didn't have to keep hunting through menus. It took me ages to get comfortable using the whole system and tracking down useful training videos has been frustrating and time-consuming. Often I end up searching multiple places for quality tutorials, which makes onboarding myself and new hires more difficult than it should be.

Rep is fast to answer

Pros

What I most value is how quickly my account representative gets back to me.

Cons

I prefer getting personal emails from a real person rather than the standard automated responses when I ask questions.

eexcellent help and good tools

Pros

I'm impressed by how quick and helpful the support team is and I feel the product's capabilities match exactly what today's companies require to accomplish their daily tasks.

Cons

Honestly, I struggle to find any significant issues, whenever I need help, the support staff reliably steps in and resolves things for me.

Great platform with room for improvement

Pros

Amanda has been a huge help and very quick to respond whenever we've worked with her. There was a bit of a slow patch before things really took off, but once she got involved she gave us outstanding support. I'd absolutely recommend this for ACA compliance, particularly if you're lucky enough to have Amanda as your point of contact. We've had some hit-or-miss experiences with other reps on the ACA product across different clients but Amanda truly stood out and provided excellent support.

Cons

I found that getting us connected with our energy provider took longer than I expected and it felt like the team was learning a brand-new process, which made the initial setup fairly difficult.

support team did what others could not

Pros

Amanda Young stepped in and helped me achieve something that nobody else assigned to my account was able to handle. The audit feature is definitely the aspect I like best.

Cons

I find writing custom code fairly tedious and to be frank, the platform isn't very simple if you're new to it.

My expert keeps me here

Pros

My experience has been excellent largely because of Alicia Bailey. she's an exceptional payroll administrator who genuinely knows her job inside and out. To be honest, my continued loyalty during the transition was mostly due to the rapport we've built with her and if she were to leave, I would seriously consider finding a different provider.

Cons

I'd prefer a way to reach Alicia directly instead of always having to open a ticket for every issue, it's inconvenient.

Can change a lot of things

Pros

I really value how much of the system can be tailored, the customization options are extensive and make it very powerful and adaptable for what our team requires.

Cons

In my experience, the ATS doesn't provide a single, comprehensive dashboard where I can glance at jobs and candidates together like other tools do. I also find it missing the ability to create customized workflows or routing rules for different job types which really reduces the flexibility we need.

Very patient and helpful guide

Pros

Amanda was so patient and supportive while guiding me through the confusing new IRS filing rules, and her help made the whole process much easier.

Cons

Honestly, I can't think of any complaints about my experience using this software, nothing negative.

Quick & responsive support

Pros

Having direct access to my payroll details makes managing things so much easier. Locating my W2s is simple as well.

Cons

I'd prefer payroll communications not go to a generic email inbox. Over the years I've found my CSR, Alicia, to be excellent and always quick to reply, so I'd really appreciate it if she had a personal, dedicated email address that only she could access.

Pros

Fine tool for overall

Pros

Good for time off and leaves

Pros

From a single dashboard, I'm able to manage all employee time tracking and absences. We're looking to roll out more of its HR features as we grow.

Cons

help section is hard to use, more often than not I'm forced to phone support because I can't quickly locate answers myself using a more effective search tool.
