Great Product for the Money!

Pros

The user-friendly interface and continuous feature upgrades based on customer feedback make iSolved stand out. Administration tasks are much more straightforward compared to previous HRIS systems and the implementation team was excellent.

Cons

Salaried employees face limitations in using the absence function tied to payroll hindering flexibility in managing approved time off. Lack of transparency for employees regarding time-off accruals and transactions is a drawback. The system does not support Canadian payroll.
