“Great self service despite login hassles
Pros
The self service features for employees are fantastic. My staff can access their own info which makes my payroll and time tracking so much easier. I love that they can check their own leave balances, making time-off requests way less work for me. The interface is also very friendly so new employees figure it out with hardly any training.
Cons
The two-factor authentication keeps tripping up my team. They find it really confusing to get through.

“user friendly tool for HR pros
Pros
so far, I find this tool really user-friendly. Everything is stored in logical places which makes my job as an HR pro so much simpler to handle.
Cons
I'd suggest making the reporting function easier to use and giving us more options to customize things. Also it would be great if we could set up more EDI file feeds to make our processes smoother.

“Overall good support team
Pros
I am learning the ropes since it's our first year but the support team has been incredible. Whenever I email with questions, I get quick, detailed answers with helpful screenshots. They're always available for a call and will walk me through anything. We haven't done a year-end yet but our first two months of data seem to have gone into QuickBooks smoothly and it looks like the implementation will be seamless.
Cons
some of the support team didn't seem to know much about 457B plans for upper management. That made it really challenging when we had to process a retirement cashout.

support team is really easy to get ahold of and quick to help. They're also fast to make little customizations that fit exactly what I need.
Cons
Employees sometimes have a hard time finding their way around the portal but the new interface is definitely a step in the right direction.

The customer service response time is excellent. Cynthia Meyers helped me recently and she was both efficient and really polite the whole time.
Cons
sometimes I find myself clicking around trying to figure out which tab I need for a specific task. The navigation isn't always easy.

I was really impressed with how quickly customer support responded. Cynthia Meyers helped me recently and she handled everything efficiently and with genuine courtesy throughout our whole exchange.
Cons
Occasionally I end up clicking through several tabs trying to work out which one I should use for a task, since the navigation can be a bit confusing and isn't always easy.

I appreciate how simple this is to use and there's an impressive range of features. The customer service has been fantastic, they reply quickly and we have dedicated agents who already know our account.
Cons
Getting new employees set up is a real hassle with all the complex steps. There's no central way to override and skip certain pages when we're onboarding brand new hires.

“Helpful but setup is hard

Its very easy to use and it packs a surprisingly a lot of features. The support team has been excellent. they reply promptly and we've been assigned specific agents who understand our account well.
Cons
Trying to get new hires set up has become a big headache for me because of the many bureaucratic steps required and I find it frustrating that there's no single master override to skip specific pages during onboarding.

“Helpful forms with a few annoyances
Pros
They have every form you could possibly need right there on the site, which is helpful. Another thing I like is that if an employee makes a mistake on their timecard, editing their times is really simple and doesn't create a big mess.
Cons
They have a "new look" option, but a lot of the features I need are missing, so I always have to switch back to the classic view. Also, having to enter a security code almost every time I log in is a small annoyance.

I really like how this system lets us track all our employee certifications. It automatically sends reminders to both the employee and our HR team when something is about to expire. Those notifications are a lifesaver and stop us from missing important deadlines.
Cons
Clock-in feature on the app is so frustrating. My employees are always complaining that they have to stand in one specific spot in the office just to punch in. Even when they're clearly inside the building, the system sometimes says they're outside the geo-fence.

The specialists we get to work with really know their stuff. You can tell they have a lot of amazing experience.
Cons

Payroll is so simple. It runs smoothly every single time and I never have to worry about it.
Cons
The customer service is terrible. They say I have a dedicated account person but they're never around and don't answer my messages. The online interface is confusing and is missing most of the information I need to check my account status. I'm actively looking for a different provider.

The best part for me was working with our Benefits analyst, sheri Brousseau. She was so supportive during our renewal. Even when she couldn't fix something herself, she always made sure we knew exactly who to talk to or where to go.
Cons
setting up the file feed dragged on for more than two years which is just ridiculous. Getting anything new implemented takes way too long and the response times are absolutely terrible.
