“Very helpful tool with awkward timecards
Pros
It does everything for payroll and time tracking. The gift-giving guidance is very helpful touch that I really use.
Cons
The timecard section feels a awkward and could be smoother. I'd also love it if they added an on-call scheduling feature since we have to manage that all the time.

It is mostly easy to use. And experts like Kristin and Jewell are there to help fill in any gaps in my knowledge. 10/10 would recommend.
Cons
The sharing and performance features feel awkward to use and I find the way you use them doesn't make much sense.

“It works good
Pros
This platform is a lifesaver. It has all the HR and risk management stuff we need daily, onboarding, workers' comp, employee issues. Our managers use it for schedules. Having it all in one spot has made everything run so much smoother.
Cons
sometimes my staff has trouble creating or resetting their passwords especially with the adaptive view and the applicant Tracking system. But customer support is great and they usually get back to me within a few hours and then we start an email thread with the managers to get everything sorted out.

“great for DIY HR stuff but inconsistent support disrupts onboarding
Pros
I use this for HR and benefits every single day and I am pretty happy with it. Most stuff is simple so I can DIY which I love. I hate having to call people for help.
Cons
Customer support is a hit or miss. I'm always having to call them for things we can't do ourselves. New hire setups often get stuck for no reason which means more calls to support and they aren't always quick to respond. It really messes up my onboarding process.

“Unmatched and expert service
Pros
Its is so interactive, anyone can use it. But the real game-changer is having three dedicated support people. Missi, Katie and Casey. They're actual experts who always have my back. The customer service is just unmatched.
Cons
I honestly can't think of a single bad thing to say. There are tons of features and the updates keep making it better. I really have no complaints.

“game changer with constant updates
Pros
Having everything for HR in one place is a game-changer, from hiring to offboarding. My staff can do everything here: access docs, clock in, request time off, check pay stubs. Setup was smooth and support is always just a quick call or email away.
Cons
The constant updates are a lot to keep up with. There's always something new and I have a hard time staying on top of all the features. I sometimes worry we're not even using parts of the system we're already paying for.

“Time saver with one flaw
Pros
Their UI is super user-friendly and saves me so much time. Reporting is solid and there's good training for the team.
Cons
Only problem I've had is when an employee messes up a clock-in or forgets to clock out for lunch. To fix it I have to delete their entire day's punches just to add the lunch back in and it won't let me do it any other way. This doesn't happen often though and other than that I really like the system because it saves me so much time.

“Life changing reporting features
Pros
Reporting features changed my life. I can export reports that upload right into our accounting software. I used to do manual journal entries... this has saved me sO many hours.
Cons
The only downside was getting the hang of it when I first started. But really after just a few minutes of clicking around, I found everything I needed without any issues.

Love how customizable this is for different companies. As someone new to HR systems, that flexibility is everything. Moving around the platform feels natural and the Report Writer is fantastic.
Cons
as an admin I noticed that some sections under different tabs do the exact same thing. It made learning the system pretty confusing at the start.

I count on this tool every day to handle HR and benefits coordination and for the most part I'm satisfied with how it performs. A lot of the functions are simple enough that I can work through them without help, which I really like because I prefer to manage things myself rather than having to call support or involve outside vendors.
Cons
Support response is hit-or-miss and I often end up reaching out to them repeatedly for issues we can't resolve within the platform ourselves. It feels like new hire setups frequently get inexplicably blocked, which forces me into another round of support tickets and calls that don't get handled promptly. Since my priority is simple onboarding, these holdups seriously disrupt my workflow and cause a lot of frustration.

Pros
I really value having all HR tasks consolidated in one place. from bringing on new employees to handling terminations. Employees themselves can take care of almost everything they need without bouncing between systems: grabbing documents, clocking in, requesting time off and viewing pay stubs. The rollout was painless and whenever I reach out for help their support team is only a phone call or email away, responding promptly and providing useful, practical assistance.
Cons
The nonstop stream of updates can feel like too much, there's constantly something new being added and I find it hard to keep up with all the features. It also leaves me wondering whether we're overlooking functionality that already exists simply because we haven't discovered it yet.

“smooth and flexible toolkit
Pros
I am blown away by how user-friendly this is. Onboarding was seamless for us and new hires. Employees get cloud access with no issue and clock in from their phones, so helpful. Using Teams for questions and time-off requests makes everything flow better. The HR tools are flexible and let us customize things just how we like. It's a full toolkit that makes managing our team feel very great.

“quick setup and fantastic support
Pros
The setup was smooth for our non-profit. Customer support is fantastic, always there to guide us. Payroll takes minutes now and we get all our reports without a hitch. It fits perfectly into our daily work. Having their HR support feels like having a whole HR department on our team. Everything is comprehensive and professional. Our organization runs way more efficiently because of this.
Cons
I wish we admins had more control to make small changes in the payroll system ourselves. It's frustrating to have to contact support for tiny field edits but I will say their team is always quick to help when we do.
