I like how they've thought through the workflow and it just makes sense. The Gmail integration works great for keeping track of everything and I'm impressed with how much you can do with signatures and email formatting. The media options are pretty robust too.
Cons
Reporting is terrible and the functionality feels complicated. There should never be multiple ways to refer people.

We get access to a much bigger candidate pool since it connects with LinkedIn, which has been really helpful for our recruiting efforts.
Cons
The search functionality is pretty limited. I can't filter candidates by specific criteria like years of experience, education location or management background to generate targeted reports. Also frustrating that the evaluation sheet only accepts whole number ratings so I cant give scores like 2.5 or 3.5 when candidates fall somewhere in between.

Getting this tool configured properly takes quite a bit of time upfront, especially when setting up different user roles. If you rush through the initial setup or don't configure everything correctly from the start, you'll find yourself not getting the full value out of it later on.

The features are nice when they actually work.
Cons
Your customer service is absolutely terrible, honestly the worst I've ever dealt with. I'd rather handle tax issues than try to get help from you guys. The phone numbers you call from don't even accept return calls, which is ridiculous. Every ticket I submit gets closed without actually fixing anything and then you have the nerve to send marketing emails about what a "great experience" I'm supposedly having. Nobody even bothered asking how things are actually going. The product itself works well when it's not buggy but your support team needs a complete overhaul with real phone numbers and actual email addresses instead of those no-reply ones that show you dont really care about customers after they sign up.
