Pros
Appreciate having access to our applicant history. It makes it really easy to go back and look up previous candidates and quickly review them using all that historical data we've built up.
Cons
The texting costs are way too high when you're trying to reach all your applicants, that's my biggest gripe with it.

Pros
So easy to manage for everyone. Anyone can pick it up regardless of their tech experience. Plus, the job board integrations don't cost extra, which is a nice bonus.
Cons
The metrics are confusing and take me way too long to figure out, sometimes over an hour just for one position. I wish the data was presented more clearly so I didn't have to spend so much time deciphering everything myself.

“Lack of automation”
Pros
Building custom workflows for each position has been a game-changer, especially with the Calendly integration. Other systems I've used required manually inputting schedules every week, this one saves me tons of time. Being able to coordinate scheduling with other team members directly within the platform is so convenient.
Cons
Finding candidates across multiple job postings is pretty frustrating since I have to search each job separately. This makes bulk actions really difficult when I'm trying to work with candidates from different positions. The lack of automatic stage progression rules is also a pain. Everything has to be moved manually which creates extra work for our team.

Pros
I find it easier to use compared to other ATS platforms I've worked with and I can easily access backend controls when necessary or troubleshoot issues independently. The customizable task features are incredible. I can add my own workflows and track progress throughout each stage of the process.
Cons
I really wish there was a texting feature. With everyone constantly on their phones these days, it would be great to have a dropdown option that lets you send messages directly to customers cell phones for better communication.

Pros
I like being able to customize workflows for each position. It really helps make the interview process more efficient. The Discussion tab is great for team collaboration and tagging team members keeps everyone in the loop.
Cons
The scheduling feature feels complex and isn't very convenient. Search function could also be more simple though it does accomplish what you need it to.

The interface is clean and I love how simple everything is. The front end design really stands out too!
Cons
Only thing I'd change is having it automatically group candidates who apply multiple times. Right now I have to merge their profiles manually but aside from that minor inconvenience, it's been excellent!

I get solid value for my money as a smaller business and when I need help, the support team gets back to me pretty quickly.
Cons
The data retrieval and analysis can be pretty tricky and theres a lot of pulling Excel spreadsheets to build comprehensive reports. Having to create links for internal job postings rather than having a dedicated internal job board feels backwards to me.
