“Impossible to cancel”
Pros
I was not impressed with their service. It was easy to set up a company account but when I tried to cancel my subscription or address billing issues, it became nearly impossible to get assistance.
Cons
You need to notify the staff 30 days before canceling your plan. I canceled my billing cycle but I am still being charged. I no longer have access to their services, yet I am still being billed. It's been nearly three weeks and they have not resolved the issue. my emails seem to be ignored and the customer service rep who initially helped me has disappeared since I filed a complaint.

“surprisingly easy and effortless to use”
Pros
Well I was honestly surprised by Jazz HR in a good way. It is very easy to use and I never felt lost navigating it. Whether applying for leave or updating employee information, it felt effortless. everything was where I expected it to be and it just worked. No need for overthinking.
Cons
There were times when the system slowed down especially when there was a lot going on at once. also I found the payroll section a bit clunky. It gets the job done but it could work more smoothly.

Pros
It is relatively inexpensive compared to others out there. also it lacks some essential features we need for our business.
Cons
I noticed that it takes some time to get used to the system as it is not very basic. There are quite a few steps involved to get things done.

“Was great before, now worse and costly”
Pros
When I first started in 2020, it was available at a great price. It was fairly easy to use and we were able to consolidate our applications in one spot.
Cons
Over time the product quality declined and the price increased, with no new features being added. I feel like the private equity company that bought them is just milking the product.

Pros
JazzHR software is user friendly, easy to use and has online tutorials along with very responsive customer support.
Cons
It would be great to have a way to download contact information and resumes after a position has closed, without having to pay the monthly archive/retention fee.

“We got hacked!”
Pros
It's solid for the basics, easy to post positions and keep resumes sorted. But when it comes to anything more advanced, that's pretty much where it stops
Cons
We were hacked and charged $5,000 for fake job postings. JazzHR blamed us, saying their security was not strong enough. another big issue is that when you close a job on it, it does not close the position on other sites it was posted to, so we keep getting random calls for positions that were closed a long time ago.

This software organizes all our recruiting and hiring information in one place. The dashboard is easy to use and simple enough for beginners to navigate.
Cons
The only problems I have faced have been with third-party integrations. I had difficulty getting the LinkedIn platform to connect.

The quality of caregivers in the local area is really good which makes it easy for us to find reliable help.
Cons
a real downside is that there's no way to filter applicants by country. We'll post a job for a position here in, say, Chicago, and end up with a bunch of applications from people halfway around the world who we can't hire. It just adds a lot of extra stuff to sort through.
