The job posting process is convenient and I can easily upload candidate profiles. Tracking applicants through each stage of hiring is smooth, plus I can keep detailed notes on every interaction I have with potential hires.

The main inconvenience I've found is having to manually merge candidates who apply for multiple positions since there's no automatic way to do this. You also need to set each job to a specific hiring status type to maintain consistent settings across all your postings, which can be tedious.

Pros

Being able to automatically post to several free job boards at once has been so useful, plus the website widget makes it easy for candidates to apply directly through our site.

Cons

Interview guides completed by hand have to be uploaded separately or typed out electronically

Makes storing candidate info really simple and the communication features between candidates and our team work smoothly

The inbox area needs work. I'd love more formatting choices and the ability to build templates directly from that section
