“clean, intuitive interface”
Pros
I'm really impressed with how clean the interface is. Everything flows naturally and the workflows make perfect sense. Setting up team members is not an issue and I appreciate being able to control who has access to what, whether they're interviewers or hiring managers.
Cons
I wish the evaluation forms weren't weighted as mandatory and I'd love to see them more like scorecard-style feedback. It's the only feature I don't use because it doesn't work well for our needs and lacks customization options.

Pros
The interface is really well-designed and adapts to however you want to work whether you need something basic or more advanced features. I appreciate the flexible pricing model where you can pick and choose what you actually need.
Cons
The only thing I'd suggest is maybe some better training materials to help users figure out all the different features and how to use them properly.

Pros
Multiple team members can easily track exactly where each applicant stands in the process, which keeps everyone on the same page.
Cons
When I adjust workflows, it ends up changing past jobs which is frustrating. The search bar is also problematic, it lets me search for applicants but then won't let me actually select the ones it finds.

Having everything consolidated in one place is fantastic and the constant addition of new features really makes this platform stand out.
Cons

Pros
The reporting features are efficient and I can customize them exactly how I need them. The dashboard and task management tools make collaboration with my team effortless.
Cons
The flexibility is great but there are some boundaries that bigger companies might find frustrating. You can only slice reporting data within certain preset parameters that the backend defines and managing tons of requisitions (I'm talking 50+) gets pretty unwieldy. It's not going to work for everyone's recruiting volume, really depends on your specific situation.

What I appreciate most is how efficient this platform is. It doesn't overcomplicate things and feels really user-friendly, particularly for hiring managers who aren't as familiar with ATS systems as recruiters tend to be.
Cons
The reporting features could definitely use some work. While you can pull raw data exports, that's pretty much where it stops. I'd really love to see a proper dashboard with charts and graphs where I could actually visualize the data and spot trends more easily. Also, it would be great if this integrated with our HRIS system, UKG.

Pros
Appreciate the value we're getting for what we pay. It provides a solid feature set at a flat rate with no limits on employees or administrators.
Cons
Activity history only goes back a few hours so I can't see all the people I've contacted in one place. The biggest headache is that it doesn't automatically merge duplicate applicants and I have to do this manually every time. Even worse, when profiles do get merged, the documents don't transfer over, which means more manual work. There's also no way to track multiple openings for the same position which is a problem since we have lots of duplicate postings and the reporting doesn't account for this.

Pros
Before we switched to an ATS, we were stuck with spreadsheets and a really basic setup. This platform makes sure no candidates slip through the cracks and I really value the reporting capabilities. What I love most is being able to merge profiles when someone has applied before.
Cons
The texting feature isn't ideal for our multi-office setup. It would probably work better for single-location businesses.

This solution meets our core ATS requirements effectively. We benefit from multi-platform job posting included in the price and a layout that can be adapted as needed.
Cons
Reporting feature is frustrating since we can't easily create custom reports despite paying for the advanced package. Also, the candidate views are problematic. I'd like to see just active candidates for open positions without their full history cluttering the screen. Sometimes one person's background takes up everything, making it difficult for my hiring managers to scroll through efficiently.

Love how the email and document automation organizes everything, plus having those 13 free job board integrations and career page connections is amazing. Being able to centralize all our information in one spot is a game-changer and the watchlist feature has been a huge time-saver for our team.
Cons
I find the reporting feature lacking and there's no way to renew job postings once they expire. You're stuck with whatever time limit was originally set.
