Cons

The interface feels very logical. Just gives you what you need without unnecessary clutter. I appreciate that it's web-based too, which makes access much easier.
Cons
A bit more complex than it appears. When you want to reject someone, you actually need to click 2 buttons rather than just hitting reject. If you don't, it wont actually process the rejection and there's no notification that it failed. The messaging system is also confusing since when you message an internal partner, it looks like you're messaging them directly but unless you @ them the message gets sent to everyone including the applicant.

The messaging feature really needs work. When I send texts, there's no notification system to alert me when someone responds back. Because of this limitation, we ended up switching to a completely different texting service.
