JazzHR facilitates its users by being exceptionally efficient as well as convenient. They have made many processes run more smoothly and quickly which saves its users a lot of their time. Not only the system but also the customer care team is incredibly fast.

The initial call to discuss features was helpful. I could ask tons of questions and my contact patiently walked me through everything I needed to know. They really helped me narrow down which specific features would actually benefit my business.

The interface can be tricky to figure out at first and it definitely took me longer to get comfortable with than I thought it would.

Very simple system and I can customize everything to fit our needs. Love how it automatically posts job openings across all the major job boards without me having to do it manually.

I like that Jazz HR is really easy to use. It is extremely simple to go to each tab and when Im looking for certain employment, the search tool comes in handy as well.

The interface feels very logical. Just gives you what you need without unnecessary clutter. I appreciate that it's web-based too, which makes access much easier.

A bit more complex than it appears. When you want to reject someone, you actually need to click 2 buttons rather than just hitting reject. If you don't, it wont actually process the rejection and there's no notification that it failed. The messaging system is also confusing since when you message an internal partner, it looks like you're messaging them directly but unless you @ them the message gets sent to everyone including the applicant.

It is quite user-friendly, though it's missing some of the functionality you'd find in more comprehensive platforms like Greenhouse.

The interface feels overly basic and lacks depth. Collaborating with team members on candidate profiles is pretty clunky.

I like how simple it is to repost job listings and having quick access to all my previous postings.

The messaging feature really needs work. When I send texts, there's no notification system to alert me when someone responds back. Because of this limitation, we ended up switching to a completely different texting service.
