Pros
I can rank applicants and update their status as we progress through hiring or turn them down. Being able to tag team members in notes is really handy and customizing the required fields for job applications works well for our needs.
Cons
Haven't run into any major problems. Maybe letting users choose their own notification preferences for application updates would be nice, like picking between individual emails for each applicant, a daily digest or turning off emails completely instead of having the admin control that setting.

The ATS functionality works well for our needs and I appreciate all the useful features it includes. The pricing structure is pretty fair.
Cons
The biggest downside is there's no mobile app and the website barely works on phones. On my iPhone, the fixed menu at the top takes up half the screen making it completely unusable. The LinkedIn connect feature doesn't work at all on mobile. In today's mobile-first world, this is a huge oversight.

I really appreciate how easy it is to use. It's so user-friendly and handles pretty much everything I need it to do.
Cons
One thing that drives me crazy is having to update each job posting individually when I want to add qualifying questions or modify application settings. There's no bulk editing option so if I need to add something simple like "I confirm this information is true and correct" to multiple postings, I'm stuck going into every single one manually. It's pretty time-consuming when you have lots of active job descriptions.

I would say it is a very effective program. The ability to post across numerous job boards simultaneously has been a game-changer for us. Since switching from Google Hire, we've eliminated the need to sponsor our listings because the integrations bring in such a strong pool of qualified candidates.

Pros
Was impressed by how simple it was and the setup time is incredibly fast. Once I signed the contract, I had access to the system in just 30 minutes.
Cons
Phone support is pretty disappointing for what I'm paying. I'm on the highest tier plan that's supposed to include live support but getting through to an actual person is like winning the lottery. Out of eight calls I've made, only one was answered by a real human and that's just not acceptable for a premium service.
