I like how easy it is to use. In short everything seems simple and uncomplicated.

Cons

There are no real downsides as it works fine.

“Reaches a larger candidate pool

Pros

Using it I've been able to reach a much larger pool of people with appropriate profiles and it also frees up extra time so I can spend more attention on the candidates I've shortlisted.

Cons

Honestly I have not managed to get full value from all of the features because I simply haven't had enough time to explore them properly.

Pros

It is very visible and highly effective when I am choosing staff.

I'd like to see more filtering options such as being able to filter by men, women or nationality.

The thing I like most about JOIN is how well it helps me find every kind of staff.

JOIN is very user-friendly and easy to use. Also you don't need a subscription as two job posts are free and you can buy more for a small fee.

In our HR team we use Hansalog as our HR software. So it would be great if applications could be imported there directly.

Its value for money is excellent and I really like how easy it is to use.

Pros

I am really impressed by how user-friendly the tool is and I like its modern, polished look. Also automatically posting to multiple job boards saves me a lot of time and hassle. I haven not yet tried the ad marketplace but the offers look interesting and worth checking out.

Cons

Sorting and filtering in lists could be better and I wish there were more flexible customization options. Also the number and control of automated emails need improvement.

Pros

The thing I like is that I can view applicants resumes and it is really easy to use. Also I able to reach a very wide audience with it.

Cons

At times I notice knockout criteria for candidates are not taken into account.

Pros

JOIN is pretty easy to use and user friendly. Plus it includes everything I need to manage a position well. They even give two free job postings so if I do not hire often it helps me cut costs and it lets me post on LinkedIn and other job boards for free.

Cons

It is clear the software is improving very quickly but what bugs me most right now is that I cannot tag candidates for future searches or set reminders to follow up properly.

Overall I find the entire layout very simple and easy to use.

The thing that frustrates me most is that I cannot edit entries afterward so unfortunately I have to recreate them from scratch.

The interface is user friendly and I can quickly share job postings across other platforms with ease.

Having to log in every time just to view things like my resume and cover letter is really frustrating and slows me down.

Even small organizations like our daycare are able to access and use all of the features which I really appreciate.

Well I am not unhappy with the product but it would help if suggested channels were provided for each area.

Whenever a user expresses interest in an offer, I receive a notification right away which makes it pretty handy for me. Also It is easy to use, practical and extremely useful. In short I really love it.

JOIN software has a lot of useful features but I have not explored all of them yet. But for now I rely on automated posting across every relevant platform and here it serves me very well.

I am impressed by how broadly JOIN shares job openings as it does not limit them to its own site or social media. So yes I'd definitely recommend it if you want to increase visibility. And because it brings something new such as posting vacancies across multiple outlets and portals which I find particularly useful.

Cons

Everything about this tool is good and I have not noticed anything that I can call an issue.

Pros

One thing I really like is the simple, user-friendly layout and the trial version that includes two job postings.

Cons

For me there is no downside as I only see benefits and nothing to lose.
