“Reaches a larger candidate pool
Pros
Using it I've been able to reach a much larger pool of people with appropriate profiles and it also frees up extra time so I can spend more attention on the candidates I've shortlisted.
Cons
Honestly I have not managed to get full value from all of the features because I simply haven't had enough time to explore them properly.

Pros
Posting job ads is simple and I have definitely seen the application process get much better over time.

The ability to store email templates in multiple languages so I can select them as reply options would be great.

JOIN is very user-friendly and easy to use. Also you don't need a subscription as two job posts are free and you can buy more for a small fee.
Cons
In our HR team we use Hansalog as our HR software. So it would be great if applications could be imported there directly.

Pros
I am really impressed by how user-friendly the tool is and I like its modern, polished look. Also automatically posting to multiple job boards saves me a lot of time and hassle. I haven not yet tried the ad marketplace but the offers look interesting and worth checking out.
Cons
Sorting and filtering in lists could be better and I wish there were more flexible customization options. Also the number and control of automated emails need improvement.

The thing I like is that I can view applicants resumes and it is really easy to use. Also I able to reach a very wide audience with it.
Cons
At times I notice knockout criteria for candidates are not taken into account.

Pros
JOIN is pretty easy to use and user friendly. Plus it includes everything I need to manage a position well. They even give two free job postings so if I do not hire often it helps me cut costs and it lets me post on LinkedIn and other job boards for free.
Cons
It is clear the software is improving very quickly but what bugs me most right now is that I cannot tag candidates for future searches or set reminders to follow up properly.

I am impressed by how broadly JOIN shares job openings as it does not limit them to its own site or social media. So yes I'd definitely recommend it if you want to increase visibility. And because it brings something new such as posting vacancies across multiple outlets and portals which I find particularly useful.
Cons
Everything about this tool is good and I have not noticed anything that I can call an issue.
