“Very Good and User-Friendly Product

Pros

I love how user friendly Lattice is. When I joined the firm, I had no prior training in Lattice but was able to navigate it easily.

Cons

Currently, there is no option to upload documents with a review or feedback.

Pros

Lattice is very easy to use and their customer support is exceptional. Not only does the HR team love it but employees also say its the best system they have ever used!

Cons

Occasionally, there are small glitches but the customer service team is always helpful. If there is no workaround for a problem, we can provide product feedback and its taken seriously.

“Great Platform!

Pros

As an admin, Lattice is simple to use. I can easily set up reviews, surveys and more.

Cons

I did like to see more features related to compensation management. Otherwise, its great all around.

Pros

About Lattice I really like the integrations, the communication features for review cycles and the 1:1 functionality.

Cons

The manager downward review process is not very intuitive for opening self-reviews and the parent goals can be confusing. Also, exports are to CSVs rather than Excel.

“Great Performance Management Product

Pros

Usability: Its easy to use for both admins and users. Feedback and Improvement: Unlike some companies where feedback seems to disappear, Lattice takes our feedback seriously and has used it to improve and enhance their products. Customer Service: Even though it operates as a ticketing system, all Livechat Agents and the Customer Care email team are responsive and knowledgeable. They also follow up to ensure that our questions are fully answered. User Interface: Its easy to navigate.

Cons

We were promised a rollout for one of the products but it never happened due to a reorganization. However, the product is back on the roadmap so I am excited to see it come to fruition. This is a minor issue but some products could be more user-friendly.

“Lattice for Performance Reviews

Pros

What I love most about Lattice is their customer service. Their team of experts really knows the product and takes the time to ensure that I become an expert too!

Cons

Some aspects are not perfect. I wish I could download a report of everyone who is a manager. Additionally, customization options when creating your own templates are limited so I have to get creative.

“A great addition to the business!

Pros

I really enjoy how Lattice allows me to automate tasks. As part of a smaller HR team, its fantastic to use a platform that can perform and streamline these tasks for us.

Cons

I do not have any complaints about Lattice so far. Its been a great platform and a valuable addition to the business. The broader team seems to feel the same way.

I appreciate how others in the company can see my updates and progress.

Cons

I do weekly updates but sometimes the same questions are repeated multiple times which can be a bit redundant.

Pros

I find it useful for documenting and assisting managers and staff with one on ones. The goal setting options and customization are also great.

Cons

I did prefer a few more custom reports or tweaks. Lattice is directly linked to our HRIS so we cannot make changes in Lattice that are not reflected in the HRIS. For instance, if we want someone to be listed as a shared manager or supervisor in Lattice but do not want to make that change in the HRIS, its not possible.

I love the customizable features: 1:1s, employee engagement surveys, performance reviews, 360s, eNPS and other customizable surveys.

Cons

I cannot export data in all areas of the tool such as employee engagement surveys.

Pros

It's a highly efficient tool with a wealth of support documents and training available for employees. I especially love the feedback tool and it serves as a one-stop shop where employees can view the org chart, feedback, talent reviews, company goals and more.

Cons

I did like to see more customizable reporting functions.

Using Lattice has truly transformed our approach. It provides actionable insights from pulse surveys which helps us stay in tune with our team's sentiment and address concerns proactively. This trend identification helps us maintain a positive work environment, allowing timely and effective interventions. Moreover, Lattices detailed visualizations boost our decision-making process allowing us to make informed choices that enhance employee satisfaction and retention. Ultimately, the real-time feedback and strategic insights from Lattice have built a motivated and loyal workforce, driving our organizational success.

Cons

Although Lattice has been very valuable, there are a few minor drawbacks. As a smaller company, we occasionally find that some data is unavailable in drill-downs, which limits our analysis depth. We did also like to see further development in integrating different components to create more complete talent profiles. The platforms features are comprehensive, but more seamless integration would help us get a fuller view of each employee. Despite these minor issues Lattice remains a powerful tool for performance management and employee engagement.

Lattice is incredibly easy to navigate and use. It is also simple and easy to teach others.

Cons

I do not like that I cannot speak to anyone directly when I have an issue. Also it is challenging to explain problems via email. Recently, I had to send 15 emails to resolve a situation.

The customer support after getting onboard is excellent. They consistently work on roadmaps to improve user experience and introduce new product features

Cons

I did love to see them continue to focus on improving existing products based on user feedback.

It serves as a one stop shop for all our employee engagement needs. Everything is recorded in one place.

Cons

The goals section is not working as well as we need it to.

Pros

Managing goals is simple, performance management is quick and effective and the 1:1 functionality is fantastic. The Grow module makes it easy to identify the next steps for our team members.

Cons

I have some issues with the reporting aspects of OKRs. I end up exporting data into Excel and filtering it to get the information I need. The feedback and recognition features seem a bit more subdued than they could be. We faced challenges with different exchange rates that broke our merit cycle, forcing us to calculate this outside of Lattice. I am looking forward to having group meeting functionality similar to 1:1s.

The ease of use, comprehensive review system and excellent support are great.

Cons

The system tends to be a bit confusing and is not always intuitive when drilling down to the level I want.

“Employee Engagement at its Finest!

Pros

I find the survey feature to be a really helpful tool for our company. We regularly use it throughout the year to gain valuable insights into employee sentiments. We also use the reviews feature twice a year for our performance feedback cycles. These tools are fantastic for managers, as they provide all previous feedback, 1:1s, updates and other data from Lattice when completing performance reviews.

Cons

I find navigating the data quite challenging with certain features. Some of the analytics are impressive and the survey information is excellent. However, for more detailed reporting, Lattice does not make it easy to find the data I am looking for like identifying which managers have not completed their downward reviews yet.

Pros

Lattice has a friendly and user-friendly interface. Its easy to use, even if its your first time working with a platform for performance reviews.

Cons

There are many tasks that require manual input such as adding or removing reviewees. While its manageable with a small number, it becomes difficult with a large company and numerous exceptions. I did also like more options to customize the platform.

Pros

I love that everything is in one place. Writing reviews is a not a problem anymore if employees regularly use all the features: updates, 1:1s and goals.

Cons

We have made some suggestions for features, mostly regarding Lattice Goals. I wish some improvements could be implemented incrementally. Grow is not widely used in our company but for those who do use it, we did like to ensure it remains available. It would be great to add it to those who want it.
