Cons
The overall layout of the tool is great. My only issue is remembering how to create goals correctly. There is a section for SMART goals and another for Grow goals, which are meant for personal objectives. But I keep accidentally using the SMART section, even though it feels better suited for bigger team or company targets. So a little more guidance there would be helpful.

Cons
The only thing that bothers me is setting up meetings. Being so familiar with Microsoft Outlook's calendar, it is confusing when I cannot properly link a meeting from Outlook over to it. It is a small thing but it would feel much smoother if they synced better.

I like how structured and simple peer and self-reviews are in the system. We can also ask teammates for feedback anytime during the year which helps strengthen our working relationships. There is also a bi-weekly form where we share how we are feeling and what we are focusing on, so our manager knows when to check in.
Cons
One downside is that syncing our Lattice calendar with our teams calendar is not easy. This leads to problems because when I have a 1:1 coming up, it often does not create a calendar appointment so I sometimes miss these meetings with my manager.

I did like to see the option to sync action items from 1:1s or goals to other task management applications. Not having this feature leads to duplicate system management issues and a fragmented to-do list. It would also be great to document ad hoc meetings, in addition to recurring 1:1s, using the 1:1 template and functionality. Managing OKRs could be easier, especially with better sorting and bulk update options.

We were promised a rollout for one of the products but it never happened due to a reorganization. However, the product is back on the roadmap so I am excited to see it come to fruition. This is a minor issue but some products could be more user-friendly.
