This is an AI agent that lets teams use employee data to support performance and people management. Users get access to personalized coaching, meeting notes, and organized action items from each conversation. HR professionals can use its analytical capabilities to identify patterns, trends, and potential risks across people data.
Grow
Lattice HR helps companies create structured employee development plans and career paths. Managers can use competency matrices to define role expectations and track skill progression. “Simple to pick up with great features”
Pros
Lattice is simple to pick up and comes packed with useful features for our team. Finding what you need is also hassle-free thanks to the homepage and the navigation menu on the left.
Cons
The overall layout of the tool is great. My only issue is remembering how to create goals correctly. There is a section for SMART goals and another for Grow goals, which are meant for personal objectives. But I keep accidentally using the SMART section, even though it feels better suited for bigger team or company targets. So a little more guidance there would be helpful.

“has a user-friendly interface”
Pros
Smooth design and easy to navigate. Also it is simple to get our team trained up and it offers solid foundational components for essential tasks.
Cons
If your main systems are not set up in a typical way, let me tell you that you might find the integrations and APIs a bit trickier to handle.

“customizable features with AI help”
Pros
Being able to customize question templates and review cycles has been a huge advantage. We have also valued the flexibility to adjust permission settings. The layout is user friendly and easy to navigate too and the new AI tools for drafting reviews and answering search queries save us a lot of time.
Cons
Our team connects Lattice to Rippling but there are a few restrictions when syncing custom demographic fields between them. Another drawback is the lack of automatic reminders for reviews that are done manually, which can sometimes cause delays.
