Cons

We have been using Lattice for over four years now and it remains our go to solution for all of these reasons.

Cons

Setting up different features in Lattice is not always simple. I spent a considerable amount of time learning how to create custom questions and templates. It would be helpful to have easier guides or instructions available within Lattice for users.

Cons

Many features seem to be built on specific customizations or backend setups that do not connect seamlessly across platforms. For instance, some permissions are easy to create in the engagement platform but are not available in the Performance Platform. Additionally, there are Feedback Prompts in the system that are not customizable.

Cons

I do not have a particular least favorite aspect, but there is always room for improvement and new features. Sometimes, the product roadmap focuses on areas we are not currently using or that do not fit our needs.
