Cons

Cons
Customer support has been really poor for me. After a serious data breach where someone accessed my account and sent hundreds of messages, the Trust and Safety team didn't fix the issue properly.

Honestly I can customize searches, share them with other recruiters, send instant messages, refine searches and even add keywords. Seeing endorsements and recommendations for candidates is also really helpful.
Cons
I rarely get good results using the AI feature when searching for different profiles, so it hasn't been very helpful in my experience.

“Open to Work' feature is ineffective”

I like the idea behind the 'Open to Work' feature but honestly, it feels kind of useless most of the time.
Cons
The 'Open to Work' feature hasn't been very effective for me. Most people forget it's turned on or aren't really looking for a job. Out of 26 candidates I reached out to, only 4 responded and all said they weren't interested. My messages were professional and the role was competitive and appealing. On top of that, the system keeps giving me results from nearby cities instead of just my location, so I kept getting candidates from New York while I'm in New Jersey. There's no way to refine the results and the automated search emails don't filter by location either which keeps sending me irrelevant candidates.

Cons

To be honest there isn't much I love about it. Even though it has more search features than a standard search, I can often get the same results with a free Boolean search on Google.
Cons
The cost feels outrageous to me. They provide a search base that's only slightly different from the standard but the fees are very high. Pricing varies for each customer and I've found the benefits they promote can be misleading. Plus, over 70% of the 'Open to Work' candidates weren't even aware the status was active on their profiles.

I had a really good experience with this software. It's one of the main programs to find a job and I was able to build a good relationship with recruiters from the start without running into any issues.
Cons

There are so many ways to filter potential candidates and it's easy to learn. I liked being able to create templates and automations to work faster and more efficiently.
Cons
Customer support has been weak for me. After a 6-month trial that went well, we tried to start with a license but it only worked within a full enterprise solution. That required buying job slots and impressions that didn't give results, yet they insisted we couldn't use the tool alone. The annual price was around �25,000. Even exporting our templates became impossible because we were no longer paying customers, despite having already paid �10,000 for the trial period.
