Pros

It gives us access to a different pool of candidates than our other job boards.

Cons

A lot of the candidates I get aren't qualified or are looking for remote work so I don't often pull high-quality matches.

Best tool for candidate sourcing but high cost

Pros

It's honestly the best tool I've used for finding candidates, nothing else really comes close. I really like the filters, InMail feature and the alerts that show me where candidates are in the pipeline.

Cons

This tool feels quite pricey for me, especially as a startup or small business. Customer service hasn't been great either.

I like how many candidates this tool gives me access to, there's just so much to choose from.

Cons

I got a message saying I couldn't send mass InMails for two weeks because my response rate was below 13%. When I checked, my actual rate was 17.2%. I reached out to customer service but nothing has been done to fix it yet.

Pros

Having jobs to assign and source from is really convenient for me. InMail doesn't limit words and the templates make messaging candidates quick and easy.

Cons

Monthly InMails are very limited. It's expensive and we're still restricted on how many people we can reach.

Pros

We use Mercury as an ATS on top of MS Dynamics and being able to track communications, vacancies and internal messages easily really saves a lot of time.

Cons

Nothing major comes to mind that I dislike. Maybe a bulk-add feature for vacancies would help but it's not a big deal right now.

The filters for headhunting work really well for me. Building a strong candidate pipeline feels simple and I can even message people I'm not connected with which helps a lot.

Cons
