Pros
This tool helps me reach out to the right people and understand who's in a company and who to contact. Setting it up was easy and I've found it integrates smoothly with other software. The mobile app has improved a lot too.
Cons
I think they should offer more InMails at a reasonable rate. Each seat gets 100 per month shared across the team but I'd like the option to easily add more if needed.

Searching for candidates is really easy for me. Using Boolean searches and filters gives accurate results and I can see which candidates I've already viewed.
Cons
Sometimes I come across very old profiles that haven't been updated for a long time and some candidate info isn't correct.

I like that the platform gives me a world of connections and insights. Saving candidates to projects, using message templates I can customize, filtering searches and tracking colleague overlap all help me stay efficient.
Cons
The tool can be slow to update messages and the system is often down. At least once a week it stops loading and shows an error. This is frustrating when I need to see candidates' messages quickly.
