reaches right people and integrates smoothly

Pros

This tool helps me reach out to the right people and understand who's in a company and who to contact. Setting it up was easy and I've found it integrates smoothly with other software. The mobile app has improved a lot too.

Cons

I think they should offer more InMails at a reasonable rate. Each seat gets 100 per month shared across the team but I'd like the option to easily add more if needed.

spot 'Open to Work' candidates easily

Pros

I find this tool really useful because I can spot 'Open to Work' profiles easily and see a huge number of job-seeking candidates. It helps me as both a sourcer and recruiter.

Cons

easy to use tool

Pros

Searching for candidates is really easy for me. Using Boolean searches and filters gives accurate results and I can see which candidates I've already viewed.

Cons

Sometimes I come across very old profiles that haven't been updated for a long time and some candidate info isn't correct.

I like that the platform gives me a world of connections and insights. Saving candidates to projects, using message templates I can customize, filtering searches and tracking colleague overlap all help me stay efficient.

Cons

The tool can be slow to update messages and the system is often down. At least once a week it stops loading and shows an error. This is frustrating when I need to see candidates' messages quickly.

This tool is my go-to site for finding talent and the extra filters make searching even more effective.

Cons

For the cost, I'd like more options. You have to pay extra for job posts and extra InMail credits. Also, excluding current clients when searching is manual which is time-consuming for the team.

This seems like the best tool for hiring in my experience. It lets HR focus on selecting candidates while handling most of the other work. The software feels light and very easy to use.

Cons

I noticed there's no support for the software and the portal doesn't generate billing invoices which is inconvenient.

Pros

During a trial, we used it to manage multiple vacancies from our websites. Compared to our old ad system, it saved me time, money and resources. Even though we're still finishing hiring, I feel confident about the selections we've made and would definitely consider using it again.

Cons

At first it was a bit tricky to manage candidate workflows but now that I've learned all the features, it's much easier.
