“Account managers provide excellent guidance!”
Pros
Working with the account managers has been awesome. They know their stuff and helped me find exactly the right candidates. My team was searching for Executive Chefs and General Managers which isn't easy but it helped me narrow down people by past jobs, restaurants and even cuisine. Learning it was quick and I still find it simple to keep up with.
Cons
The recruiter seats are the most expensive feature and since everyone on the team needs one to collaborate, it wasn't really in our budget for all users.

“Powerful tool for recruiting”
Pros
Using this tool really changed how I hire. The features it gives, plus support during setup, made a big difference. I can do high-level recruiting and find tons of qualified candidates using filters I haven't seen in other platforms.
Cons
I think the tool could improve how it handles 'cold' outreach. Many candidates with the 'Open to Work' status are actually inactive profiles, so responses can be limited. Messaging also depends on your LinkedIn payment plan which can be restrictive.

“Effective filters and CRM integration”
Pros
I like how the filters work to narrow down candidate searches. The recommendations it gives actually match what I'm looking for. Integration with our CRM is handy since I can see who already applied and what happened with them. I can send mass emails but still make them personal which is nice. Going through lots of people is fast and I can organize candidates into different categories like 'Future Prospect' or 'Do not contact.' Getting messages when someone becomes available for work is super helpful too.
Cons
I've noticed that LinkedIn has fewer users than Seek, so the candidate pool can be narrower. The AI-generated emails can feel obtrusive and I prefer sending my own messages. You have to be careful to make sure it's your message and that it goes to everyone intended, mistakes can happen if you're in a rush.

“Cost and feature limitations”
Pros
It fits really naturally into my workflow. Managing candidate pipelines, making projects and leaving notes makes team work much easier. Moving candidates between projects is simple and connecting to job postings or other tools just works. I also notice candidates reply more here than cold emails, probably because InMails feel more legit.
Cons
For me, the main drawbacks are the cost and limitations. InMail credits run out quickly and accessing the full talent pool is expensive for smaller companies. For the price, the outreach and search restrictions feel too limiting.

“Simple job browsing”

Great tool!! I can easily find specific job offers, create opportunities and it just makes browsing for positions really simple.
Cons
The app is easy to use but I think the structure could be better. Sometimes it feels a bit confusing and some features require payment.

“Exclusive access to candidates”
Pros
Honestly, I have access to candidates I wouldn't find anywhere else. Being able to message them directly and confidentially is a big plus.
Cons
At times, the platform feels clunky and slow. I don't find the AI tool very useful yet. The InMail system is helpful for reaching people I need but finding messages isn't very smooth.

“Comprehensive candidate management”
Pros
I get the best access to both active and passive candidates, organize them through projects, link everything with ATS for job ads and get market insights too.
Cons
It's an expensive tool for me and while it gives access to a huge pool of candidates, scheduling can be tricky and InMail creation is sometimes limited.

“Great tool but disappointing customer support”
Pros
It is basically a must if you're serious about finding hard-to-get candidates. In tech, it's like a goldmine. I find it pretty easy to work with once you get used to it.
Cons
Customer support has been disappointing for me. After a serious data breach where my account was accessed and hundreds of messages were sent, the Trust and Safety team didn't resolve the issue properly.

“Flexible candidate search”
Pros
Searching is flexible and customizable. It even suggests new ideas based on what I'm looking for. I can use the fields they give or make my own Boolean search. I've been using this since 2019 and it keeps getting better with each update.
Cons
I rarely get good results using the AI feature for searching different profiles, so it hasn't been very helpful for me.

“Connects with global professional network”
Pros
This tool is the most popular professional network worldwide and through it I've been able to connect with people and explore new job opportunities, both offering and receiving them.
Cons
Integrations with niche or customized systems have required extra setup and technical support for me. Depending on how complex existing systems are, getting everything configured initially can take a while.

“Essential for sourcing candidates”
Pros
If a candidate hasn't applied directly, this tool is usually the best way for me to source them. There are tons of filter options, job posting is simple and it's basically the standard tool for recruiting. I honestly don't know how I'd do my job without it.
Cons
I think the tool could improve on 'cold' outreach. Many candidates marked 'Open to Work' are actually inactive which leads to few responses. Messaging also depends on your LinkedIn plan which can be restrictive.

Pros
The system gives us good quality applications from candidates which makes reviewing easier.
Cons
It has fewer users than Seek, so the candidate pool can feel narrower for me. The AI-generated emails can be intrusive and I prefer sending my own messages. You have to be careful that it's your message going to all intended recipients, mistakes happen, especially when I'm in a rush.
