I've been using it for a while and it's been a game-changer. The platform is very user-friendly and accurate, with thoughtful design. “Better integration but lacking features

I really appreciate how simple the messaging system is, sending emails and attaching specific information using variables from preset fields in your setup. It's convenient to include job descriptions, company websites, job titles, or personalize messages by mentioning their current role or employer. The outreach campaign feature makes these variables super accessible too. This is pretty standard for sales and marketing CRMs but I love being able to use it effectively for recruiting. It eliminates the headache of figuring out what to write and trying to remember those personal details for customization. Plus, there's a user-friendly Chrome extension for parsing LinkedIn profiles and the typical drag-and-drop functionality for local documents when creating new profiles.
Cons
I found the search functionality really frustrating and doesn't work logically. When I search for "Ronald," it pulls up completely unrelated names like Christie, Russel and Michael, even people who have nothing to do with Ronald at all. It's baffling how the results are generated. Other ATS and CRM systems I've used let you search by phone numbers or email addresses and actually show you the exact profiles of people who own those contacts. That's such a basic feature that should work properly on a platform like this but it just doesnt.

“great dealership management solution
Pros
I'm blown away by how simple this platform is, it's basically the iPhone of recruiting systems. Anyone can jump right in, even if they're not tech-savvy but there's also tons of advanced functionality for power users. Getting it set up and integrated with our existing workflow took less than a week for our whole office. The reporting and AI capabilities are getting frighteningly accurate. I barely touch LinkedIn Recruiter anymore since my sourcing time dropped from weeks to just a few hours. Customer support is phenomenal, they respond within an hour and actually follow up when issues need more investigation. I'm on this thing daily and honestly can't imagine going back.
Cons
The mobile app could use some work though honestly I'm not sure how many people actually need a full ATS on there phone anyway. They've been updating it recently so its getting much better.

“Perfect for recruitment needs

This platform completely transformed how I run my recruitment business. After demoing several competitors, I realized nothing else even comes close, those other demos felt like a total waste of time. The functionality and value you get here is incredible, making it the clear choice for anyone wanting to build a modern, scalable agency. What really impressed me is how much my recruiting skills have actually improved since using this. The podcast content is genuinely relevant and you can tell the founder truly understands and cares about our industry. The onboarding process was fantastic too and the sales team made everything smooth and professional from start to finish. While the UX could use some refinement, it doesn't really matter when the core functionality delivers this much value.
Cons
The interface could use some polish, both the desktop version and mobile app feel a bit dated visually. I'm still getting familiar with everything so there might be other areas for improvement I haven't discovered yet. The user experience isn't as smooth as it could be though I expect these design elements will get better with future updates.

“Solid recruiting tool
Pros
Its really simple and easy to navigate. I picked up how to use everything in just about a day which was impressive. Our manager had no trouble getting it set up and integrated into our recruiting workflow. The customer support team is very hands-on and helpful when you need them. Since this is our primary tool, we're using it constantly throughout the day.
Cons
The call recording feature is pretty unreliable, sometimes it captures everything perfectly but other times nothing gets saved at all. There's no way to predict when it'll actually work which is frustrating when you need those recordings. Customer support takes way too long to get back to you when issues come up.

“Best ATS Available Right Now
Pros
I've been with this platform since 2015-16 and honestly couldn't be happier. Had one hiccup about a year ago but they went above and beyond to fix it. Actually tested over 2 dozen other ATS/CRM systems during that time, nothing comes close for the price point. You get an incredibly powerful ATS plus CRM functionality all in one package. The VoIP system gives you a local number for click-to-call right from the interface and when people call back, it forwards wherever you want. Unlimited SMS from that same number with replies going straight to email is a game-changer. Mass mailing is unlimited too, they handle the heavy lifting through their servers while keeping your company branding intact. Email and calendar sync works both ways smoothly between Outlook and contact cards. The "Connect" credits for finding phone numbers and emails work like ZoomInfo but without the extra cost. Their AI sourcing tool finds candidates matching job postings and taps into a proprietary database that rivals LinkedIn and Signal combined. Job posting goes out to multiple free boards plus ZipRecruiter automatically, with options to add Monster or CareerBuilder. Chrome extension pulls LinkedIn profiles instantly, email parsing handles hundreds of resumes at once and you can drag-and-drop files directly for parsing. Bulk CSV import saves tons of time. Pipeline customization, custom forms, email templates and call lists are all super flexible.
Cons
There's honestly not much to complain about. I guess the only thing would be limited integrations with some of the tools I use regularly. Also, you can't post jobs directly to LinkedIn from here but that's really not a big deal.

Really impressed with how this brings together ATS, CRM and sales functionality all in one place. Perfect fit for recruitment firms where you're juggling both business development and recruiting responsibilities. Love how smoothly I can switch between viewing candidates, job postings, companies and leads, just takes a single click to navigate around.
Cons
Sometimes it's hit or miss when grabbing current work emails though that's pretty common with similar platforms. Apart from that issue, everything else runs smoothly for me.

Pros
The platform is simple and easy to use with a modern workflow. I really like the Chrome Extension for LinkedIn and the AI tools that help source contact info are a game changer. The built-in email marketing lets me build campaigns instead of just sending messages.
Cons
In my opinion some of the AI features shown at the demo were only available in the more expensive subscriptions.

I really appreciate how versatile this platform is, it works as both a CRM and ATS for recruiting while also functioning as a solid sales and marketing tool. We use it for all our recruiting work and business development campaigns. The sourcing capabilities actually beat LinkedIn Recruiter and it costs way less too. They're constantly adding new features and the customer support is excellent.
Cons
Haven't really found any major issues so far. Would be nice if there was a way to seperate work emails from personal ones when using the email finder feature.

I've been frustrated at times because customer service has been lacking. When I asked for help, guidance wasn't always provided.
Cons
There is no 1:1 training, I was placed in a fast-paced class where I couldn't ask questions until the end, leaving me confused. When I requested additional training, it was the same class and instructor, ignoring my actual needs until I wanted to cancel.

Honestly, I see this tool as a leader in what ATS and CRM systems should be. I notice constant improvements and customizable elements that make my work easier. The support team is responsive and the integrated phone, text, drip marketing and sourcing features all in one are very simple.
Cons

Pros
The tool is visually pleasing. I like how it imports candidate and company pictures, tracks candidate flow in real time and shows team emails linked to profiles. The "reveal contact info" feature is very useful, even if not always perfectly accurate.
Cons
The contact info reveal could be more accurate, though that's my only minor complaint.
