“boundary-pushing search tool
Pros
It's pushing the boundaries for the search industry. I find the UI simple and attractive and the functionality emphasizes quick inputs, workflows and effective sales execution which works well for agency recruiters. Being able to try the CRM and ATS for free made it easy to get started.
Cons
Some of the outreach and sourcing features could improve but they are new and still being developed. There's more than enough functionality to get started, so I'm glad they released it early.

“Simple outlook & client integration
Pros
Integration with Outlook and the level of detail in posts and profiles is impressive. I enjoy including clients on projects so they can interact directly.
Cons
I wish I could customize the stages for candidates within a job or add new stages.

“reliable support and feature-rich tool
Pros
Customer support has been great and features like the Chrome Extension, resume parsing, outreach campaigns and power calling all work well for me.
Cons
There is no desktop or mobile app. The web app can be quirky and frequent UI updates affect my workflow. Support is helpful but I find it frustrating to relearn parts of the system.

Pros
I first noticed the import tools, including CSV and the Chrome Extension. It's very user-friendly and helped get a business running with minimal hassle.
Cons

Pros
So, I consider this tool the best platform combining applicant tracking with outreach/CRM.
Cons
Reporting isn't set up to be highly usable. I have to export data and create my own reports and several useful metrics aren't tracked.

Pros
Managing the pipeline and stages is easy and I find it at least three times faster than our previous CRM/ATS. Searching within the database has never been easier.
Cons
Nothing much at this time. I would like to see 3rd party phone/VOIP services integrated so calls and texts log automatically, though it seems upgrades to the internal phone system are planned.

Pros
What I love most about this tool is the ease of use. Everything is in one place at my fingertips, eliminating the need for multiple sites or tabs. The workflow is simple.
Cons
The only improvement I would suggest is the phone system but I see plans are already in place for an upgrade.

User-friendly and simple tool!! Spinning up new requirements or adding new clients is simple and I can include the right talent acquisition team members quickly to identify candidates.
Cons
While I don't actively dislike anything, I would appreciate being able to view multiple job details on a single page instead of opening multiple tabs. A preview option or faster path to job descriptions would be helpful.

Cons

Pros
This tool has created a one-stop shop for finding, contacting and tracking candidates. The support team is the most responsive and genuine I've ever worked with and it allowed us to remove several outside tools since everything is integrated.
Cons
A few email capabilities could be improved but I like that company listens and makes adjustments based on user feedback.
