“Simple ATS for Agencies

Pros

This is a simple, simple ATS for recruiters, especially great for consultants, agencies and executive search firms. I can track everything and the reporting feature is excellent. The UI is simple and I appreciate AI search, sourcing and email campaigns. Support is fast, reliable and friendly.

Cons

Nothing major bothers me, I think this is a great tool.

“Easy LinkedIn Integration

Pros

For me, the product just makes sense. Adding candidates and clients from LinkedIn via the Chrome extension is simple. Creating jobs, adding candidates and visually tracking their progress in the pipeline is amazing. The search function consistently shows accurate results, unlike other platforms I've used.

Cons

We used Bullhorn for so long before switching which was a bit frustrating.

“Contemporary Design & Strong Support

Pros

We chose this tool because it looks and works great. My team and I admire their contemporary, thoughtful design and the support staff consistently go above and beyond.

Cons

The CRM functions for business development tracking aren't very great. While I love the ATS piece, I'd like a more usable CRM.

Pros

Ease of use and customization immediately stood out to me. It automatically saves all email communication when set up correctly. Support is always helpful and timely. Using all features shows metrics that help improve business processes.

Cons

Some issues aren't specific to this tool. I've noticed duplicate candidates and measuring new business in the Deals section could be improved.

“All-in-One ATS & VOIP Solution

Pros

I find the combination of ATS and VOIP all-in-one fantastic. Support is strong, with instructional videos and live problem-solving when needed. Training resources are comprehensive and accessible.

Cons

Enhancements in the auto-resume branding function would be very helpful in my opinion.

“Iterative UI with Drag-and-Drop

Pros

If a feature isn't available today, it usually comes soon! I've seen the team iterate on the product to make it more effective. The UI is attractive, with lots of drag-and-drop options, making it perfect for our business.

Cons

I wish there were more simple integrations with social platforms.

Pros

This tool is very user-friendly and easy to learn. While I haven't used another ATS, I love the functionality. The support team resolves issues quickly and newer automation features have been a game-changer for my workflow.

Cons

It would be amazing to text from a cell phone. I rely on the text feature all day and it's frustrating when I can't use it away from my desk.

“Quick Network Access Tool

Pros

I like the ease of use and customization which allows my firm to access top individuals in our network quickly and accurately.

Cons

More options for setting up interviews and scheduling appointments would be nice in my opinion.

All the functions are extremely useful and helpful for my daily tasks.

Honestly, I don't have anything I dislike about this program.
