Feature-packed with AI focus

Pros

The platform's commitment to innovation is impressive, they're constantly rolling out new features that feel genuinely useful. The strategic focus on AI, in particular, has been a game-changer for us, fundamentally improving how we operate and positioning us for smarter, more efficient workflows in the future.

Cons

Nothing really so far and I'm very impressed. Some of the data in this tool Source can be outdated but it's rare.

Customization across the all-in-one platform has been amazing! I can use the same system for different industries which has been super helpful.

Cons

I would like to link HQ and Subsidiary companies in a section similar to deals or forms. I also think placements could have its own page on the menu.

AI tagging makes hiring faster

Pros

Using this tool's AI makes it really easy to tag the candidates I want to hire and then search hiring groups by those tags, something I haven't seen in other software.

Cons

This tool creates multiple profiles for the same person if they are candidates for multiple jobs which gets confusing. Occasionally, I think emails and texts don't sync in real time.

Support is slow, interface clunky

Pros

Everything coming in one package when I started was a big help. The Outreach tool quickly became my favorite feature and the onboarding videos made getting started smooth.

Cons

Support has been poor and responses take too long. While LinkedIn parsing is good, it's slower than other tools. I feel they focus on creating flashy features rather than adding real value. The AI in this tool Source is often outdated and doesn't replace LinkedIn Recruiter. Managing deals and emails between personal and company accounts is challenging. The lack of Zapier integration and poor search functionality makes it costly for me.

Disappointing Despite High Expectations

Pros

I was really drawn to the idea of having everything consolidated, sourcing tools, ATS functionality and CRM capabilities all under one roof.

Cons

The sourcing tool doesn't work well for my industries and feels unreliable, during their own training session, a major company was missing from their database due to a spelling error. The client portal lacks password protection which is a dealbreaker for me, plus its rigid structure is frustrating. I can't modify the application form the way I need to, something as simple as adding instructions like "upload resume and cover letter" isn't possible. Their EEO form doesn't match the federal version and can't be customized, making it useless. Customer service was disappointing despite their claims of beating competitors, I often waited 36 hours for responses. At this price point, when the application form, EEO tool, client portal and sourcing features don't meet my needs, it's a huge waste of money. My staff finds other systems much more simple so we're switching mid-contract and eating the remaining costs. Make absolutely sure this works for your specific needs before committing, it's not cheap to get stuck with something that doesnt fit.

Essential tool for growing teams

Pros

The pricing is fantastic and I love being able to handle both outbound and inbound recruiting from one place. Their Source database works amazingly well, it's basically like doing boolean searches on LinkedIn but even better. For inbound stuff, it connects smoothly with Indeed and LinkedIn company pages after you contact their support teams. This pushes your jobs everywhere online so you get maximum exposure. The outbound features are where this really shines though. I can run massive email campaigns and the unlimited plan is perfect for my needs. What's great is I don't need separate tools for email finding, sequencing, or ATS functions, it's all integrated. Most other recruiting platforms limit you to adding just one prospect (like Gem) or maybe 25 (Workable) per campaign but Loxo lets you add entire boolean search results, up to 5000 daily. Their "Sent via Loxo" email server really helps with deliverability, plus they actually help optimize your domain setup too.

Cons

I've noticed some bugs here and there though the development team keeps working on improvements. What I really appreciate is how responsive they are when I submit feature requests or report issues. Fair warning, this thing is packed with so many features that it can feel overwhelming at first. Took me about 1-2 weeks of setup and training before I got comfortable enough with all the quirks to actually start recruiting effectively.

Reliable candidate sourcing

Pros

This tool makes finding candidates simple for me and the Loxo extension works fast. Moving from a custom ATS was tricky but the engineering team made the migration happen even though it took longer than expected.

Cons

One improvement I'd like is better alignment between sales and support. The sales team oversells the tool, so after purchase, we realize reports can't calculate as expected. I now have to redo reports and do calculations elsewhere.

Reliable software that keeps getting better

Pros

This platform combines multiple recruiting tools into one solution which saves me from juggling different subscriptions and reduces complexity. The outreach campaigns are fantastic, they let me systematically manage calls, emails, texts and tasks all in one place. Job tracking and coverage monitoring work really well and the workflows are crystal clear. What really stands out is the user interface, while other platforms look basic or bare-bones, this one actually looks polished and professional. New team members pick it up surprisingly fast too which makes onboarding much smoother.

Cons

The pricing has definitely gone up over the years and while they've added more features to justify it, the costs can really pile up as a business owner. That said, this is our main software so I get why we need to invest in quality.

Not a full end-to-end solution!!

Pros

What I was sold and what I got are two different things. I expected an end-to-end recruitment tool that would save me time but it doesn't, it actually takes more time. At best, it is just a sourcing tool for me.

Cons

This tool is not a complete end-to-end recruitment service. Everything feels clunky and I have to constantly leave the program to work. I'm disappointed and plan to develop my company on another ATS while fulfilling my contract.

Pros

Cons

Cons

The invoice template could be improved by allowing a company logo and business address modifications. I think tracking consultant hours is weak and a more great portal for weekly hours would help.

PERFECTTT CRM for growing businesses

Pros

The migration process was incredibly smooth and well-thought-out, it felt flawless. you can see how passionate their team is about what they do. Getting help from customer service has never been an issue for me. Once you're inside the features seem endless. The interface is top-notch and makes daily work enjoyable for sales teams and recruiters alike. There's campaign outreach, AI assistance for better approaches sourcing tools, fully customizable reporting and an easy way to manage your deal pipeline. The possibilities really are limitless. My favorite part as a recruiter is the candidate view at job level. Having profiles, photos, highlights and comprehensive tracking regardless of where candidates are in the process, that's huge value for me and something I haven't found anywhere else on the market.

Cons

Nothing really stands out as problematic, honestly can't think of any major complaints about this platform.

The user interface stands out and there are plenty of useful features from CRM to contact info to sales engagement. Bundling phone and text features for Outreach simplifies my tech stack and makes onboarding new users easier.

Cons

Great pricing with powerful recruiting tools

Pros

Pricing is excellent and being able to handle outbound and inbound recruiting in one platform is a huge advantage. The Loxo Source database works like LinkedIn boolean search. I can run mass email campaigns with the unlimited plan, source personal emails without extra tools and add up to 5,000 results from a Boolean search daily. Their email server helps with deliverability and enterprise options include self-hosting and MS 365 integration.

Cons

The software has bugs but it is continuously improving. I'm glad the team is receptive to suggestions and reports. It's feature-rich and took me 1�2 weeks to get familiar enough to recruit effectively. I was able to negotiate month-to-month flexibility at a higher price.
