“Simple self-learning ATS
Pros
The UI/UX is simple and clean. I've been able to self-learn without needing daily support calls. The customization options let me automate candidate communications and run drip campaigns for passive candidates. Support has been lightning fast through live chat whenever needed.
Cons
For our specific use case, I needed more from the API. We are rolling out a recruiting SaaS and the current API wasn't great enough.

“Collaborative Client Pipeline Tool
Pros
Feature that convinced me to choose this tool as our ATS is the ability to collaborate with external partners. I can now show clients the pipeline, store feedback and assessments and track the same candidate across multiple processes simultaneously.
Cons
Job listing page lacks filters, making it less convenient for candidates. I think reporting could also be more simple.

“Updates Sometimes Disrupt Workflow
Pros
The Chrome extension makes it simple for me to import profiles into the database. My team and I enjoy that the software is user-friendly with helpful features like outreach campaigns and reporting. I also like that it's browser-based, so our team can access it on-the-go and the support team is always easy to reach.
Cons
This tool keeps updating which I understand is well-intentioned but some updates have set our team back because features we rely on were changed or removed. Support often tells us they can't revert them which impacts the user experience.

“Efficient LinkedIn Data Integration
Pros
What I really value is how quickly my team learned the features and functionality. This tool's ability to search, read and transfer data from LinkedIn helps me stay organized, maintain strong workflows and provide transparency to clients. The Source feature kickstarted our sourcing funnel effectively.
Cons
I haven't found any features I feel strongly negative about.

Pros
After years of recruitment experience with multiple ATS platforms, I've found this tool to be among the best. My preference is its well-designed, uncomplicated interface and highly customizable pipeline that fits our agency's workflow. I also appreciate how it integrates outreach features, removing the need for third-party software. Reports are clear and easy to interpret.
Cons
There isn't anything I strongly dislike. One feature we pay for but rarely use is this tool Source. The data accuracy in Asia isn't quite there yet, though I understand the US is the primary focus and expect improvement over time. Pricing is higher than competitors but I believe the value is worth it. Support is generally very good, though being in Asia and support being in the US sometimes causes minor delays after weekends.

Customer support has been impressive for me. The team is extremely responsive and helpful, especially during setup. I also enjoy the UI and simplicity despite the system being feature-rich, from sourcing to AI searches and integrated email, texting and calling capabilities.
Cons
One con I've noticed is that AI search results aren't always consistent within the same parameters, depending on the location.

“Fast Support with Integrated Features
Pros
At HealthCare Connections, Inc., we use this tool every day. For me, the chat feature has been invaluable, support responds within minutes and several of our suggestions have been integrated into updates.
Cons
Among my team, the least liked feature is quickly identifying if a job is permanent or contract. It only takes a couple of clicks but it could be easier if shown directly in search.

I also really enjoyed how user-friendly it was for integrating LinkedIn data and managing the hiring/interview process. Recording notes and finding candidates has been simple and I will continue using it for future business needs while recommending it to recruiting firms.
Cons
I think the platform is amazing overall, though improvements could include showing if candidates are active or passive in the AI sourcing tool which may be challenging given data sources like LinkedIn.

What I find particularly effective is the simple and great ATS functionality. Sourcing or manually adding candidates is simple, assigning them to jobs is easy and tracking their progress in the pipeline makes recruitment more efficient for my small team.
Cons
Sometimes the sourcing function is less than ideal due to missing candidate profile information. I think the recent database update should improve accuracy and reliability.

Pros
For me, the best part is that it combines ATS and CRM in one platform. Upgrading to the premium version has added many benefits, making my workflow more efficient, saving time and keeping everything organized.
Cons

Cons

I believe if you're purchasing a product, you should be able to log in and go, this tool does that. It's very simple and while there are many features I haven't explored, it works well for tracking information.
Cons
Some of the layout could use tweaking, when I tried adding a company address, it wasn't clearly displayed on the company file. I also wish I could add a contact and easily link it to the company.

Pros
Being able to easily filter candidates' LinkedIn profiles into this tool is huge for me. Creating drip campaigns is easy and the Source feature feels years ahead of other ATSs.
Cons
It would be great to respond directly through this tool to people replying to my drip campaigns. Right now, I have to go back to email. AI matching is good, though I'd like to see this tool outperform the competition.
