Tracking my hours is really helpful, it keeps me aware of my workload and helps me avoid burnout.

From my perspective it should automatically deduct our unpaid 30 minute lunch breaks, it would make calculating hours so much simpler.

Mobile app isn't manager friendly at all. While my team can easily submit their availability through it, I'm stuck when I need to make schedule changes after hours or work from home. Plus there's no notification system, I never know when someone drops a shift which is really frustrating for staying on top of things.

I employ it to construct and disseminate schedules whether spanning weeks months or a specific number of days and it proves highly userfriendly. This approach allows me to effortlessly view staff schedules in realtime tailored to my preferences. I particularly value this software for its mobile accessibility realtime updates scheduling capabilities communication features and its integration with ADP.

Cons

I'd appreciate MakeShift making further improvements in terms of ADP integration even though it's currently performing well and effectively fulfilling its role. While there are a few minor glitches they don't significantly affect productivity. Additionally the ability to leave a comment when making a bid or trade on a shift would be a valuable addition.
