I find it really convenient being able to manage my time card right from my phone. The reliability has been pretty great so far.
Cons
Break and punch out buttons are way too close together which causes tons of accidental clicks that we end up having to fix weekly.

Pros
Layout is incredibly simple, new team members pick it up almost immediately without much training. I really appreciate the drag and drop functionality since it saves me from scrolling through endless employee lists just to make assignments.
Cons
Workflow gets a bit clunky when I need to create new job sites, I have to stop what I'm doing and navigate to a different page instead of being able to add them right from the shift entry screen.

“easy Bamboo integration”
Pros
How smoothly this integrates with Bamboo is great for me which makes adding new employees and setting up premade rotations really easy. Publishing schedules becomes really simple because of this.
Cons
I wish there were color codes to make different shifts easier to spot at a glance. My payroll process really needs the ability to split shifts for tracking time off and while you can add notes to shifts, they're not very visible and get missed when downloading schedules. Another frustration is not being able to change shifts for a date range, you have to edit each individual tile separately which takes forever when you're dealing with multiple shifts.

Interface is really easy and doesn't require much of a learning curve. I find it quite user friendly overall.
Cons
setting up the Google calendar sync was pretty frustrating for me and took way longer than it should have.

I find this really easy to navigate and use. Tracking everyone's clock-ins and clock-outs has become so much simpler. Being able to adjust schedules on the fly when things change is incredibly helpful. Honestly it beats any other scheduling app we've tried before.
Cons
Nothing comes to mind that I dislike about this. I'm genuinely happy with how everything works and can't think of any real complaints. Would be curious to see what future updates bring but that's more excitement than criticism.

so basically I can easily make schedule adjustments at any time and setting up shifts months in advance is really convenient.
Cons
Changing an employee's shift doesn't automatically apply to future schedules which would be really helpful to have. I have to manually update each shift individually and that gets tedious when I need the same change going forward.

Interface is really well organized and clear plus having it on both my phone and desktop is super convenient. Staff can easily cover each other's shifts which is crucial when you're running a 24-hour healthcare facility.
Cons
Although it is great but when I am managing multiple employees across different shift types, removing and covering shifts becomes a real headache. Also I can't view my coworkers' schedules since I'm just a regular user which seems like an odd restriction. It would be way more helpful if everyone could see who's working during any given shift.

Frontend interface feels really simple and user friendly. Love that the mobile app lets employees check their schedules and pick up open shifts without any hassle.
Cons
I really wish it had better time off tracking features since it's already a scheduling platform, would make it a true all in one solution. Also I'd love to see more ways to track which employees are working together and group them in the backend scheduling system.

I can pull it up on my phone which is convenient i guess.
Cons
Hard to navigate and swapping shifts is a nightmare for me. Can't get a full view of campus staffing which makes scheduling frustrating. For me the notification overload doesn't help either, constantly getting pinged for things that aren't urgent.

scheduling feature is fantastic, I can set it up and walk away. My team can grab shifts that work for them or swap hours without constantly bugging me about changes. All those little adjustments used to eat up so much time but now I actually have space to focus on other important tasks without the headache.
Cons
I can't think of anything right now. This app is so convenient that I even use it at home. It would be even better if it could connect to our ADP app so I could see who's late or not showing up for shifts. As it stands, I don't know about no-call/no-shows until I get back to work on Monday.

It does a great job making sure every department and shift has proper coverage. I like the logging feature too, having a full record of actions gives peace of mind when mistakes happen and the rotation tool really cuts down on backend work.
Cons
When staff work across multiple departments, you're limited to just one rotation setup which is frustrating. There's no option for multiple color coding either. The admin app sends me notifications for every shift exchange and pickup across all departments, even though I only manage one, though I do need visibility into the others for oversight.

Pros
scheduling across multiple companies and departments is smooth and reliable and I like how it handles different job sites easily. The mobile app also works great when employees need access on their own devices.
Cons
There are several features I'd really like to see added soon. First, you can't create shift requirement blocks, if there are 30 shifts over seven days, I have to manually create 210 individual shift requirements. Second, once it's connected with ADP, you lose the ability to add users who aren't in their system. I have a temp worker who's not in ADP so I can't schedule them at all. The schedule printing functionality is also pretty inadequate. My biggest complaint though is the lack of any logging feature, as a company admin, I can't track which managers or supervisors made changes, making it really difficult to trace mistakes.

It's easy to see who's scheduled each day which helps me with planning. The custom scheduling option is super handy since our needs change daily and the menus are simple to navigate without much learning.
Cons
Mobile lacks dark mode which is annoying. When I try editing schedules on my phone, scrolling through the employee list sometimes accidentally moves shifts around, really frustrating. The availability info in the schedule table makes some rows bigger than others which makes creating schedules a bit harder to manage visually.
