Integration with our HRIs works really well, data flows both ways easily. Our operations team relies on this daily for scheduling and whenever we need help, customer support is always accessible and responsive.

Makes scheduling much easier and the ADP integration really aligns our payroll workflow. It's simplified quite a bit of our administrative work.
Cons
Can't see schedules across different locations or departments which is really frustrating. I've asked multiple times for a monthly user list report but keep getting denied or just ignored completely. Customer support doesn't respond within there promised 1-2 day timeframe either. Setting up implementation appointments has been a nightmare, they don't follow up properly so we end up with missed meetings and constant miscommunication.

Pros
Creating shift schedules is incredibly easy and I really appreciate how staff can swap shifts on their own and input their availability preferences.
Cons
It's frustrating when you try to give someone a raise and the rate changes don't update properly.. causes real headaches for me with payroll accuracy.

Feature I really appreciate is that being able to adjust schedules instantly from my phone whenever needed. The notifications alerting me when employees haven't clocked in or are running late have been incredibly helpful for staying on top of attendance issues.
Cons
Mobile web interface is a little clunky.

I get instant notifications whenever new shifts are posted which is really convenient. Picking up shifts is easy too, the interface is simple and anyone can figure it out easily.
Cons
Only downside I've experienced is not having admin access right away. This meant I couldn't update or modify schedules when people called in sick for their shifts.
