fast weekly schedule creation

Pros

It's incredibly easy to put together my weekly schedule, takes no time at all and the process feels simple.

Cons

Mobile app isn't great, I find it much easier to work with this on my laptop instead of trying to use it on my phone.

Pros

Honestly I love how smooth the interface is, it lets me handle time punch problems fast and without any hassle.

Cons

I can't see the system from an employee's perspective as a manager which made it tough to explain how to use it when I was starting out in my role.

Cons

Too many clicks needed to template someone's schedule, it's pretty tedious and slows down my workflow.

easy navigation and shift pickup

Pros

I find the navigation really easy which makes handling my schedule and managing shifts pretty convenient. Picking up shifts from coworkers is really simple.

Cons

Mobile app is way more complicated to navigate compared to using it on my laptop.

Pros

I really appreciate having both admin and staff views when organizing daily schedules. Plus swapping and dropping shifts all happens in one convenient spot.

user friendly mobile access

Pros

Interface is incredibly user friendly and I can jump in quickly whenever needed. Having mobile access has been a lifesaver when I need to make urgent updates on the go.

Cons

helpful support and quick responses

Pros

Really helpful being able to check shift schedules at a glance. Customer service team has been super responsive whenever I've reached out.

Cons

Wish there were notifications for any changes made. Could really use some color coding options too. When staff put in their availability with notes about different timeframes than what's posted, there's no way to add those notes directly, I have to change the time on the website since I can't see that info in the admin app.

Pros

system works great for both regular staff and management. I really appreciate the shift templates feature and being able to copy schedules from previous weeks saves me tons of time.

Okay so.... I really appreciate how this keeps everyone's schedules organized in a single location plus it makes it super easy to notify the team when additional shifts open up.

Cons

One downside is that I can't request time off or send messages to admins directly through the app.

user friendly scheduling but ADP sync issues

Pros

software is really user friendly for me. Being able to create template shifts and add blank ones makes it super convenient when you need to build schedules that are completely different from each other.

Cons

sync issues with ADP happen way too often which gets frustrating. I also wish I could modify shifts on the fly, not being able to do that is a real pain point. When I export schedules to Excel, the formatting could definitely be cleaner and more visually appealing.

simple for scheduling

Pros

Interface is incredibly simple, I love getting automatic notifications whenever a new schedule goes live. That copy function for replicating last week's schedule is a real time saver! Plus the ADP integration means I don't have to manually enter employee data which used to be such a pain. Everything flows smoothly and makes my job so much easier.

Cons

scheduling section on my desktop screen is way too small for my liking, I'd prefer it to be larger even if it means losing access to the side tabs while I'm working in that view.

Pros

setting up work schedules is easy and I can modify them whenever necessary or add new employees without hassle. Creating different time availabilities and assigning each person's schedule for extended periods is really simple. The ability to include notes with shifts for clarification is handy too. Accessing everything through my phone's browser lets me make quick adjustments when I'm away from my computer. Getting notifications when someone requests changes helps me stay on top of scheduling needs and make the right adjustments promptly.

Cons

Mobile experience could definitely be better, making quick shift adjustments on my phone can be pretty frustrating since things are hard to move around. I get that it might be designed primarily for desktop use but some mobile improvements would be nice.

Poor ADP integration

Pros

This tool is good at daily scheduling and internal communication. The interface is beautifully designed, making the employee and manager apps incredibly simple and easy for everyone to use. It's also very flexible allowing us to add and customize new locations without any hassle.

Cons

The main challenge lies in its integration with our ADP HRIs system. While it handles basic employee data sync, the connection lacks depth. Most critically, schedules don't control ADP timeclocks in real-time, forcing manual updates that are unsustainable for our fast-paced environment. This gap in automated labor oversight is a significant hurdle for efficient management.

Location visibility improves coordination

Pros

Concept of having everyone in my library know where I am at all times really works for me. Since I move around to different locations during work hours making sure my team can easily find me has been incredibly helpful.

Cons

Creating time blocks is more complicated than it should be and editing them feels clunky. Everything shows up in the same color which makes it hard to distinguish between different types of activities at a glance. I'd really appreciate being able to assign different colors, like one for meetings and another for desk time, so everyone could quickly see what's happening visually.

Pros

I find it really user friendly and appreciate how clearly it shows where people need to be assigned along with their availability. Using it almost weekly has become second nature since the navigation was so easy to pick up.

Connectivity is fantastic. When I have a new employee update their availability, it shows up instantly. If someone needs to drop a shift, they can do it and everyone sees the opening right away in real time.

multi location schedule syncing

Pros

Interface is really simple and my team picked it up quickly. Being able to sync schedules across multiple locations has been a game changer for our operations.

Cons

Can't easily tell apart different staff roles or locations when looking at shifts. Really wish I could add more details to shifts beyond just the time and person's name. Would be great if I could customize the colors of shift blocks too, more color options would make everything easier to organize visually.

Honestly I appreciate how everything updates instantly and the app is really simple to navigate. The tutorials are clear and don't overcomplicate things which made getting started pretty smooth.

Cons

Only downside I can think of is that there really isn't one, this program handles everything I need it to do. The employee data import from our payroll system works easily.

Pros

ADP integration works smoothly and switching from our previous platform wasn't nearly as difficult as I expected.

Cons
