Takes quite a few steps to figure out scheduling when I am starting out. The interface isn't as simple as it could be so there's definitely a learning curve there.

Didn't expect much but this actually surprised me. I really appreciate being able to send messages to staff about what's needed for each shift, the communication feature is fantastic. Navigation feels simple and easy. It's great seeing who I'll be working alongside during my shifts.

I usually don't write reviews but this one deserves it. I really appreciate how simple it is to adjust scheduled shifts, adding, removing or making changes happens easily. The hour calculator at the top is incredibly handy for monitoring our weekly budgeted hours and staying on track.

Everything is perfect but can't view the total scheduled hours per employee for each day which makes workforce planning more difficult for me.

Interface is really simple and I can find what I need without any trouble even though I'm not particularly tech savvy.

Functionality feels pretty limited to me when it comes to certain things like managing holidays or adjusting lunch breaks, those features could definitely use some work.

Layout is really helpful and I appreciate having a complete calendar view.

Only downside is that there really isn't one, for me this software makes organizing everything incredibly easy.

I can easily copy schedules week by week which saves me tons of time. Creating pay codes is easy and setting up individual profiles for each person is simple. Logging in is quick and when there are issues, I can edit timestamps without any hassle.

scheduling can be tricky when I am dealing with rotating shifts that change monthly. Would be great if the system could organize available shifts into clear time blocks like 11pm-7am, 7am-3pm and 3pm-11pm. Also think the reporting visuals could use some improvement to make data easier to digest.

Really appreciate how simple it is to navigate around the system. For me getting to schedules is quick and managing them is easy. Being able to see who's working on any given day is super helpful when you need to coordinate things.

Nothing really bothers me about it, seems pretty easy and reasonable to use.

Can't undo a posted schedule once it's done. Also frustrating that I can't work on scheduling from my iPhone or iPad, really limits flexibility when I'm away from my desktop.

I find this platform really easy to pick up and it does a great job keeping the whole team in the loop about what's going on. There's definitely fewer mix ups when it comes to scheduling since we started using it.

system could really use a sticky note feature for shifts, something where I can jot down why I moved someone to a different location than usual. With multiple people accessing our account, it's hard to track who changed what. When assigning shifts by location, I wish I could just start typing a staff member's name instead of scrolling through this huge list. Also, recurring shifts would be a game changer. Like, I have someone who's off every Wednesday but I have to manually enter each one individually. It would be so much easier if I could set it once and select "repeATs weekly" or something similar, just like in Google Calendar.

Works amazingly well for me. Haven't run into any glitches so far.

I haven't found anything major yet except for some notifications but those can easily be disabled.

It's super easy to set up schedules on the computer and I like that a lot. The mobile app just needs a few fixes to work better on iOs.

Mobile app can be pretty frustrating, it gets buggy and freezes up when I try to save my availability changes. Sometimes it just won't save anything I've done which is really annoying.

Exporting hours is really simple and I like that everything goes straight into Excel without any extra steps.

I really wish this could handle rule of 9 calculations for stat pay, that feature would be incredibly useful for our workflow.

Direct ADP integration is fantastic for me! setting up geofence boundaries makes clocking in and out simple for both our physical location and remote team members.

Mobile app falls short compared to using it on desktop. My team struggles with making shift changes when they're managing and some shifts just won't adjust through the app without any clear explanation, there's not enough room to show proper error messages so you're left guessing what went wrong.

Pros

Being able to organize employees into departments and merge them as our team grows has been great and I really like how the pre set shift titles make scheduling as easy as dragging and dropping.

Cons

When I drag and drop a pre programmed shift that already has a position title, it still prompts me to select a position again. Would be much better if it just used the existing title by default, then let me edit it later if needed by opening the block.

Pros

shift templates make scheduling really simple and I really appreciate being able to edit employee profiles whenever needed. What's great is that my team can access everything through both the web version and mobile app.

Cons

I wish the admin had their own profile for scheduling work tasks. My biggest frustration is that the web version won't let you view or export a full month's data at once which is really difficult.

Pros

Really easy for creating employee schedules and the interface feels simple to me. Would definitely suggest it to other managers looking for something simple to use.

Cons

Gets frustrating when I'm suddenly logged out and lose all my shift data.
