Pros
Being able to manage scheduling and timesheet approvals from anywhere is a good feature.
Cons
Haven't seen any of the updates we've requested implemented over the past few years. I think they could really use more great reporting options. It's problematic that regular employees can edit their own time entries, though department managers should have that ability. Really frustrating that employee emails can only be linked to one company at a time. The dollar reports don't factor in overtime which is a major oversight.

Pros
Interface is simple and easy to use and I like that making changes or helping new team members get started doesn't take much time.
Cons
I really wish this integrated with EDP, without that connection, there's way too much room for human error when transferring data between systems.

Making weekly schedules is easy and I really appreciate being able to copy and paste from the previous week, saves so much time.
Cons
Process for removing an accidental shift is way too complicated for my team. Would be great if we could just hit "delete" and confirm instead of going through all these steps.

Pros
Managing schedules for the whole store can get overwhelming but the week view really helps me see everyone's shifts at once. I also love having the app on my phone since I'm always forgetting when I work next.
Cons
Getting to the schedule creator takes too many clicks, would be much easier with a dropdown menu instead of navigating through multiple screens. Also frustrating that I can't request time off through the app for manager approval though that might be a corporate policy limitation.

Interface is really simple and I picked it up quickly without any training. Never run into problems while using it and it makes coordinating with my team simple. Love how easy it is for coworkers to jump in and cover shifts when needed.
Cons
Main issue I've noticed is that you can't factor in lunch breaks when calculating actual work hours. So when someone shows up as working 40 hours, they're really only putting in 38.5 hours of actual work time.

the ability to view schedules across all our locations from my phone in such a clear format is fantastic. Having staff request open shifts in real time through the posting feature has been a huge game changer for us.
Cons
When I'm rushing to create shifts, the scrolling time selector makes it really easy to mess up and pick the wrong times. It's frustrating that filled shifts don't consistently disappear from the available shifts page, sometimes they do, sometimes they don't and it seems to depend on how the data gets entered.
