Pros

I've been using this for a while now and I've gotta say, it's worth it. I appreciate how easy this tool is to navigate. We use it for posting our work schedules and any last minute changes plus it's great for putting up shift availabilities when we need coverage.

Nothing really bothers me about this platform, I'm pretty satisfied with how everything works.

Pros

shift exchange feature with coworkers is fantastic. Being able to see who I'm working with ahead of time really helps with planning and requesting time off through the app couldn't be simpler!

Cons

Working across multiple programs gets frustrating when I have to keep switching between daily schedules. Would be really helpful if there was a way to filter an entire month's schedule by specific program instead.

For me almost everything is great. I really appreciate how easy it is to rearrange and trade shifts with my coworkers.

scheduling page's view screen has scrolling issues and sometimes starts out way too small which is a little frustrating for me.

anyone can jump right in and start using this without needing extensive training, for me it's really easy and gets the job done efficiently.

Login process requires way too many characters for each staff member, it's really difficult when I am trying to get in and out of the system quickly.

schedule copying feature is convenient and saves me tons of time when setting up future weeks.

Although the schedule copying feature is great but it's visibility is pretty frustrating, staff can't easily see everyone's shifts at once. When I download or print schedules, it doesn't give a clear picture of daily staffing levels which really hurts team morale.

I love how this keeps me on top of my schedule, seeing all my upcoming shifts at a glance is really helpful. The Google calendar export feature is fantastic and makes planning so much easier!

Can't check other people's schedules to see if we're working together or at different locations.

Navigating through interface feels like really simple. Both administrators and employees can manage schedules efficiently without getting lost in complicated menus. What really stands out are the powerful scheduling capabilities that take into account availability, shift preferences and skill requirements. This flexibility helps our organization allocate resources effectively and optimize our workforce to meet changing demands.

Learning curve can be a bit challenging at first particularly if I haven't worked with scheduling or workforce management tools before. Even though there are training materials and support available, I found myself needing extra help to really understand all the features and how everything works together.

Interface is really simple and my whole team picked it up quickly. Even new employees find it easy to navigate without much training.

staff can delete their own shifts even after the schedule goes live which is a major issue! Would be helpful to have sub jobs where I can assign departments first, then specific positions within those departments.

Layout is really simple even for someone like me who isn't tech savvy at all.

Would be nice to have full functionality across all platforms. Staff can't message me back through the app and some features aren't available on mobile.

I really like how easy the scheduling feature is, you can set up shift templates that automatically include employee breaks which saves tons of time. The direct integration with ADP is fantastic too since it lets me track hours easily without jumping between different systems.

Main thing I'd change is adding a way for staff to communicate with each other more easily.
