“Reliable payroll with minor limits
Pros
The payroll function is fantastic, really user-friendly, accurate and dependable. Having a dedicated rep to work with each cycle makes everything run smoothly and keeps things efficient!
Cons
The recurring deduction setup is pretty limited, you can only do per-paycheck deductions instead of monthly ones which gets annoying. Also their performance management system could really use some work to make it more powerful.

“simple tracking, restrictive features
Pros
This tool makes managing accumulated time off really simple and I appreciate how it tracks all the schedules for direct reports. It definitely aligns the workload and boosts overall preformance for managers.
Cons
I find some of the features pretty restrictive and customizing things can be a real pain to work through. Also there's no proper automatic synchronization process which is frustrating.

“Efficient but needs notifications
Pros
Makes handling administrative tasks for my team incredibly simple and efficient.
Cons
I wish there were notifications sent to managers when raises get approved and then managers could have the option to forward those notifications to employees.

“great calendar, confusing navigation
Pros
I likee how it lets me keep tabs on PTO and work-from-home days. The calendar feature is fantastic too, seeing everything in one place including birthdays and anniversaries makes planning so much easier.
Cons
Finding what I need can be a real pain sometimes. The organization isn't always easy and I often end up hunting through different sections trying to locate specific features.

“strong basics, dated design
Pros
Namely serves as a truly effective HR tool by excelling at the fundamental features that matter most. For instance, the employee directory is incredibly efficient, allowing me to locate my coworkers' contact information and details instantly whenever the need arises. Furthermore, accessing and reviewing my pay stubs is a completely simple process, eliminating the usual effort of hunting for important financial documents.
Cons
The desktop interface feels outdated and doesn't really fit how we actually use it day-to-day. going between different tasks isn't as smooth as it could be and I find myself having to think too hard about where things are located.

“Untrained staff, basic failures
Pros
It's decent how everything is supposed to integrate easily, the HRIs, payroll and benefits all in one place. It's a solid concept that could really organize our workflow once fully operational.
Cons
Their staff lacks proper training from setup through ongoing support and management doesn't follow up when problems arise. They also don't handle basic tasks that other payroll providers do like printing W-2s and 1095s, which means we have to print and distribute them ourselves. I'd recommend having someone with over 5 years of experience and their CPP certification handle the implementation because I can see lots of important things getting missed like new hire reporting, group term life taxable income, child support and other critical items.
