setting up payroll through the web portal was effortless. When I moved my business across the country and ran into complications that were completely my doing, the support team really came through for me. They updated my payroll filings without any pushback which saved me a huge headache. Really grateful for their willingness to help fix my mistake.

It is quite user-friendly and I appreciate how responsive the support team is. Whether I use the chat window or call them directly, I never have to wait around to get help from someone.

Although the customer care team gets back to me really quickly, sometimes I get someone who really knows their stuff but other times I end up talking to reps who seem less experienced and can't help much. When that happens I usually hang up and call back hoping to reach one of the senior people who actually know what they are doing.

I'm really impressed with how low the price tag is with no hidden fees or confusing tiers. The interface is well laid out making everything easy to navigate. What stands out most is how flexible it is with different compensation structures. We've set up multiple pay plans without any difficulty. Haven't run into any significant issues and whenever I do have questions, their support team is always helpful and knows what they're talking about. Honestly wish all our other vendors operated at this level.

simple to set up, I got everything running in no time. Running payroll takes just a few clicks and some basic info entry plus it shows you exactly what cash you'll need before finalizing anything. The support team really stands out too, they're amazing at understanding my vague questions and explaining things in plain English without all the technical jargon. Their patience has been outstanding.

I dont really dislike it but I wish there were video tutorials covering the more complex payroll features. There's probably a ton of features I'm not using because I lack experience with HR and payroll processes.

The old interface was honestly more friendly than this updated version though it's not a dealbreaker. Also finding health benefit deductions took me way longer than it should have and there's definitely some bugs in the new design that need fixing.
