“Fast chat support, poor form tracking

Pros

Can be accessed easily! When I use the online chat, I can connect with someone almost instantly. Getting answers to my questions happens right away and they handle everything directly without passing me around to different people.

Cons

There's no clear way to see which monthly or quarterly forms have been filed for clients. I wish they had a section where you could actually view the forms that were submitted as it would make tracking much easier.

setting up our account was pretty straightforward overall. Processing payroll is simple and bringing new employees into the system is not hard.

Cons

The only frustrating part is having to re-enter bank account details for direct deposit even after you've already saved an employee's information. You have to go back into their account and select direct deposit again to make it work.

I have never been disappointed by their team, absolutely essential when you're getting new software up and running. Their payroll handling has taken a huge burden off my shoulders. Sure I could manage all those submissions myself but having their system automatically handle the scheduling and reminders for these recurring tasks is a game-changer. Definitely worth every penny!

The payroll calculations and tax filings get handled automatically which saves me from dealing with all that tedious paperwork. When I run into problems or have questions, their chat support responds immediately.

Checking if I've already issued payroll can be a real hassle and there's no quick way to see what payments have gone out so I end up having to pull reports and scroll through everything just to double-check myself.

I've been with them for around five years now and haven't had a single problem. Everything from tax forms to other documentation gets handled properly.

Managing payroll for our 10-person team has never been easier. The setup process was smooth and I can navigate everything easily. Running year-end reports is very easy compared to other systems I've dealt with. What really impressed me is how much money we're saving compared to those expensive big-name payroll services we used before while getting much better functionality.

The only downside is that there really isn't much to complain about, maybe just minor learning curve adjustments when first getting started.

Website loads extremely fast and has a really clean, attractive design that makes using it a great experience. Their support team deserves major props as they respond quickly and genuinely welcome user feedback. For what you get, the pricing is quite reasonable and feels like solid value. The HR platform is effective with tons of useful documents and templates at your fingertips. Integration with our 401k system worked well without any headaches. Their expanding features like the onboarding workflow show real potential, even though there's still room for improvement.

I wish the HR onboarding process had more automation built in. Background check integration would be a welcome addition too. They automatically carry over payroll hours from the previous period which is meant to be helpful but I'd prefer an option to disable this feature. That way we're forced to manually update each employee's hours instead of risking missed updates. We've also had trouble with employees getting confused about their tasks or how to log in. Many of the email notifications sent to users dont include clickable links which makes things more complicated than they need to be.

The support team is patient with those of us who aren't tech-savvy and their helpful attitude makes everything so much easier. Payroll processing is quick and my employees receive their notifications without any issues. State payments go through smoothly and year-end paperwork gets handled effortlessly.
