Customer service here is really outstanding. Response times are excellent and the continuity of care beats what we got from our local payroll specialist. The online platform is not hard to understand and learn. When I have questions, they're very patient and take time to explain everything thoroughly. This has been a very cost-efficient change for our company.

Sometimes the system runs pretty slow and logging in can take forever, like several minutes which is really frustrating. The worst part is it doesn't track when someone actually started their shift properly because of these delays.

Userfriendly interface makes HR admin tasks easy to handle. For what you pay, the quality is outstanding, definitely worth every penny. After trying multiple payroll systems over the years, this is one I'd gladly recommend to others.

The customization options are pretty limited. I've found some workarounds that help but they're not perfect.

I find this platform really user-friendly and their security measures give me peace of mind about potential breaches. The support team has been quick to resolve any issues that come up. Haven't had a single problem with direct deposits in over a year which is exactly what you want from payroll software.

Our client rep changed frequently when we started. They always let us know but just when you build rapport with someone, they're gone or moved to another account. The constant turnover makes me question how they treat their staff and why people keep leaving.

Pros

So simple to use which works perfectly for a solo operation like mine. Having everything centralized in one platform is exactly what I need for my business size. The automated payroll feature gives me such peace of mind. I can count on it running accurately and on schedule every month without me having to stress about it.

I can't really think of anything negative to say. Everything runs smoothly and the interface is friendly. Right now I'm just using it for payroll so maybe I'll discover more as I explore other features.

The support I get from Elizabeth Frasier is outstanding. Really she's what makes this experience worthwhile for me. Her help stands out above everything else.

Cons

It is expensive and my inbox gets flooded with sales pitches from other departments trying to upsell me on stuff I don't need. Also, when it comes to state withholding registration, the links they send never seem to work properly. Really frustrating when you;re trying to get compliance stuff done.

Honestly, their support was crucial in keeping our business running during those tough times.

The team definitely knows their stuff across different areas but whenever they try to teach me something new, it feels more like a sales pitch for another product rather than genuinely helping out an existing customer like me.

Appreciate having full control over our weekly payroll process and the onboarding tools make bringing new employees aboard much smoother. Staff members get their own login credentials so they can access previous pay stubs and tax documents whenever needed. The smooth integration with paperless payroll and direct deposit functionality works great. Tech support has been helpful and responds quickly when I need assistance.

Cons

Sheer number of features can be overwhelming as I'm never quite sure what I should focus on learning next to get more out of the system. A structured tutorial would be incredible, something like "start here for basics, move to level 2, then level 3" and so forth.
